The hotel is quite far from London Bridge train station; you have to cross a bridge, and it's a five-minute taxi ride or a twenty-minute walk. On top of that, they gave me a room right on a corridor corner, and the loud music from the bar on the twelfth floor kept going until early morning, even though I was on the ninth floor.

Never been before but booked as got a discount for two nights with a friend and looked up good hotels for a weekend away and this was one of the top options and very convenient local not far from tube station to many places. Great places around to eat and the hotel itself was beyond luxury for us and the room was so clean and spacious with a lovely view from our window. Would highly recommend and definitely be coming back. We didn’t add on breakfast for our stay or use the facilities they offered so can’t speak for those but the hotel and room itself were so welcoming and our stay here was so comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent hotel chain. Always welcoming, and a nice bonus upon check-in! Great location in the city, close to the bridge, and the metro is just around the corner. Incredible breakfasts! So delicious! The rooms are spacious and cozy.

There's a viewing deck and bar on the 12th floor rooftop, but unfortunately, when I went up, it was booked for a private party, so I missed the night view. Excellent hotel at a great price! The rooms are spacious, and it's only a 2-minute walk from Tower Hill tube station. It's also conveniently located near many attractions, making it super easy to get around. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

1. I clearly booked for two nights and stayed for two nights, but my clothes went missing. The cleaning staff took them. I spent a whole evening trying to get a response, but no one got back to me.
