A solid, standard airport transit hotel—fast and efficient. I believe this was my second stay here, the last one being three years ago, and I felt the service had improved. Getting to and from London is also very convenient, with a direct connection via the Elizabeth line.

The hotel is easy to find. After exiting the airport, look for the 'hotel' sign, follow it, cross the parking lot, and you're there. Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it's not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. It's just a standard room, so don't expect any scenic views. There are no toiletries or disposable slippers, so if you don't want to open your luggage, you might want to bring your own. The hotel's condition is quite good, and the bed is very comfortable. I was able to adjust to the time difference in one night. This temporary stopover is indeed a good choice.

I am bringing my elderly mother with 4 luggages The room is so big that we can bring up the trolleys for our ease of departure check in on the following day. The runway view is so breathtaking not only in the guest room and also on level 14. If you have a lot of luggages to check in, highly recommended this hotel stay for a good rest.

There is no better place to stay for a night at Heathrow. The 14th floor / rooftop bar gives amazing views of Heathrow including both runways. It’s not the cheapest bar in the world, but the food, drinks and service are all great.

I was there earlier than the advertised check in but the lovely gentleman on the front desk was kind enough to allow me to get my room key right then. After travelling for almost 48 hours I welcomed a hot shower and some cool sheets. Unfortunately due to a family emergency I had to leave after said shower and never got to sample the bed. But from three previous stays in this particular hotel I knew I would have an excellent nights sleep

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn. The location inside Terminal 3 is incredibly convenient for transit passengers, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. Despite being in the airport, I had a peaceful night’s sleep, and everything was well organized..
