I absolutely loved staying at Broadway Macau! It is one of the best hotels on the Cotai ***** in Macau. I would love to go back again with me and my whole family.
My kid had so much fun playing at the Galaxy Kids Hotel. The room had a free bathtub, a beautiful window, and snacks for us. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, which was delicious and definitely worth it. The hotel has so many amazing facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, and parking. Everything felt very luxurious and 5-star. The staff at Broadway Macau were wonderful, from the receptionists to all the attendants, everyone was very kind and made us feel so welcome. Staying at Broadway Macau really made our trip special. Thank you, Broadway Macau, you are a true gem! I can’t wait to come back with me and my whole family.

I came to Macau again for a concert and decided to stay at a hotel for one night.
I did a lot of research before booking this hotel, and it was very convenient for me to take bus number 102 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.
Perhaps because I'm not familiar with the routes to the old town, I ended up taking taxis, including to the concert. If you know the area well, you can walk or take the light rail.
I want to mention that I arrived at the hotel around 2:35 PM, and the staff were happy to check me in, which was very friendly and ideal! Previously, I've stayed at hotels like the Lisboa and Ponte 16, which only allowed check-in after 3:00 PM, causing long queues in the lobby.
The staff at this hotel were much friendlier than those at other hotels! Very welcoming!
Also, I was very hungry from the long journey, and the staff at the hotel's restaurant on the first floor were very friendly and even cut my food for me! 👍🏻
The hotel room was well-designed! It had an induction cooker, and the window design allowed for relaxation and enjoying the view! The electric curtains were a huge plus! This is why I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The location is convenient, close to the Pai Kok Light Rail station, and within walking distance to Galaxy, Rua do Cunha, and The Venetian. The room's soundproofing isn't great, but the sea view room offers a nice view. It would be even better if there was a reading light by the bed.

The rooms here are quite small for Macau hotels. This is my second stay, and for the same room type, the one I got this time was even smaller. There was no small sofa or lounge chair, and the automatic toilet was broken. Other than the good housekeeping and the polite staff, there's no reason for me to stay here again.
Frankly, the broken automatic toilet was really annoying. I only stayed for two nights, and I only discovered it didn't have the automatic function when I went to the restroom at night. The remote control was just for show. At that point, changing rooms would have been such a hassle, especially being tired and with luggage, so I just dealt with it.
Also, it wasn't soundproof at night; I kept hearing noises.
To get to Grand Resort Deck, you have to cross the street to the Marriott, which is a bit awkward. If you put on your swimwear beforehand, you have to walk on the main road. If you bring your clothes to change there, there are no proper changing rooms with lockers. It's just a row of toilets with one shower stall, so you have to carry your clothes and shoes with you the whole time. It's very inconvenient if you're alone, unless you're a family and someone isn't going in the water and can sit on a lounge chair to watch your belongings.

The club's space-themed interior, state-of-the-art sound system, and dynamic lighting pull you in for a fully immersive experience.

This was my second stay here, and it wasn't as good as the first. This time, there was a minor issue with the closet door in the room, and the hotel apologized and sent a small gift, which was a nice gesture, though not strictly necessary.
However, ordering food and drinks by the pool was inconvenient this time. The outdoor amusement park was closed, which meant the poolside restaurants were also shut. We had to order from the small shop in front of the pool, and the selection was limited. The restaurant staff would then bring the food over.
The pool wasn't crowded, but we were sitting in a cabana that required payment. Before our food arrived, an older staff member politely asked us to either move or pay. Honestly, with the outdoor amusement park closed and the pool area so quiet, I wondered why they couldn't just let guests use the cabanas for free. But, hotel rules are hotel rules, so I didn't object.
What really stood out, though, was how unfriendly the staff at the shop in front of the pool were. The second woman from the right in the last photo was the worst – no smile, a terrible attitude, and very impatient. She's really not suited for a customer-facing role.
I wanted to order another glass of red wine but decided against it because I didn't want to deal with the unfriendly staff at the shop. I didn't even go to the pool the next day.
By the way, from what month to what month is the outdoor water park usually closed each year?

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It's not too far from Galaxy Macau, and a 10-minute walk to Rua do Cunha. There's a bus stop 200 meters away where you can catch a bus for MOP$6 to Senado Square. A light rail station 500 meters away offers MOP$6 rides to Hengqin Port, MOP$10 to the airport, and also connects to Galaxy, Venetian, and Wynn hotels. The hotel's price is generally 1/2 to 1/3 of what those hotels charge. They also have a shuttle to the Venetian, though seats can be limited. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and had a nice view. The shower water was comfortable. The front desk service was excellent; I left my watch in the room, and they even called (which I missed) and then texted me about it. Highly recommend for those on a budget.

Great stay at Grandview Hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience felt smooth and hassle-free.
A solid choice for both short trips and longer stays.🥰

I booked a King Room with an ocean view. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The minibar items were complimentary, except for the premium bottled water and wine (though no wine was provided in the room). A deposit of MOP 1,000 was required at check-in, which was fully refunded upon checkout. The hotel also offered free shuttle buses to major hotels and key departure points across Macau. The concierge, Charles, was particularly helpful in advising us on the correct shuttle bus number to reach our intended destination.
The Asia Boutique Inn is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Macau, having been recently renovated in 2023. The hotel is just 5km away from Macau International Airport. Transportation around the city is also convenient, with Stadium Metro Station within walking distance. There's plenty to do nearby, with The Parisian Macao, Taipa Houses and The Londoner all within a short distance. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling alone.
GGuest User2026.02.23
This was my second stay at the Asia Boutique Hotel, and it's right on Rua do Cunha. The hotel's environment and facilities are pretty standard. On the last day, you can store your luggage and go shopping. Besides the snack stalls, Rua do Cunha itself and the surrounding alleys and main roads have a plethora of traditional tea restaurants and Portuguese restaurants that are well worth a visit. After dinner, you can take a stroll from Rua do Cunha along the Taipa Houses-Museum wetlands to reach the Venetian, Londoner, and Parisian. There are buses right outside the hotel that go directly to the Peninsula, Senado Square, and Monte Fort. For coastal attractions in Coloane and the Macau airport, the metro is also a direct ride away. Its prime location is definitely its strongest point. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it!

YYuhanxiaojiejieFacilities: The hotel is very new, both the software and hardware are up to par, meeting the star rating standards. Hygiene: I absolutely trust the hygiene in Macau, no issues there. Environment: The environment is great, smells lovely, thumbs up. Service: In terms of service, the only thing is that check-in at the lobby was a bit slow, even though it wasn't peak season. Hope they can improve on that, but the service itself was otherwise flawless.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.
LLengyu55After booking, I tried to contact the hotel multiple times without success; no one responded to my requests. Finally, Ctrip helped me communicate with the hotel the day before our trip. Initially, I was concerned about renovation smells in the Bond Tower and asked to be moved to the Banyan Tower. Ctrip informed me that as of April 2026, only the Bond Tower was open, which I accepted. Then, I requested to switch our king room to a twin room, and the hotel said it would cost an additional 90+ RMB, which I also agreed to. Many online reviews mention free room upgrades, but honestly, don't expect any of that anymore.
I had also mentioned it was our 10th wedding anniversary, and while they didn't upgrade our room, they did give us a small cake. However, it was clearly an oversight as it said 'Happy Birthday' – very perfunctory. Furthermore, during check-in, halfway through the process, a South Asian supervisor-like staff member suddenly came over and, with a disdainful look, told us we needed to pay extra. I was thinking, hadn't Ctrip already clarified this, and hadn't we agreed to pay? Why did she act as if we were unwilling to pay and deserved her contempt? This was the first time I'd ever had such an uncomfortable check-in experience in Macau.
The hotel's facilities and design are undeniably exquisite and beautiful. Although the room was small, the Bond Tower didn't have the strong renovation smell that some online reviews mentioned, which was a relief. The hotel also provided Eiffel Tower tickets, which was a pleasant surprise.
After returning to the room in the evening, I noticed there was no turndown service provided, nor was the room tidied up a second time. The service was a bit lacking. Also, there were no size options for children's bathrobes; my 130cm, 80-catty (approx. 40kg) son couldn't wear theirs. The service staff and front desk employees had poor English proficiency.
The only thing that truly impressed me was the heated swimming pool. Located on the 3rd floor, it offered great views, with comfortable loungers, lemon water, and towels readily available by the pool. The water temperature was a very comfortable 36 degrees Celsius, making it suitable for swimming even in winter, which was excellent.
Overall, you can stay at this hotel, but don't have high expectations for the service.
GGuest UserThe lady who handled our check-in was incredibly meticulous and patient, and the bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable – those were the two best things. I was traveling with my mother, and they happily switched us from a king room to a twin room, which we appreciated. The area around the hotel is very picturesque for photos. For shopping, it's not as extensive as the Londoner. We went primarily for the Eiffel Tower and booked a lunch set menu at La Chine. After our meal, we were able to use our receipt to get free access to the top observation deck of the Eiffel Tower, which was a lovely bonus and fulfilled a little wish of ours!
GGuest UserCheck-in took way too long. When I booked, Trip.com showed that Grand Lisboa Palace offers 3 PM check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, planning to shower and rest a bit before heading out in the evening. However, we were told our room wasn't ready and we'd have to wait an hour and a half. So, we walked around the mall and garden. At 4:30 PM, we checked again, and they said it still wasn't ready, another 30 minutes. We were getting sleepy from all the walking, and finally checked in at 5:30 PM. That's a solid two and a half hour delay. After complaining online, Grand Lisboa Palace only offered a small fruit platter as an apology, and nothing else. As for the hardware, I found the bed a bit too soft, which gave me a backache. The soundproofing in the room was mediocre; I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. The shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom were bolted down, as if they were afraid guests would take them. Service-wise, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either – just average.
GGuest UserThe room was a 'Eiffel Tower View' room, perfect for watching the Tower's light show at night. It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Getting here from Hengqin Port was easy; just take the light rail, and it's a short walk through the mall. There's a shuttle bus to City of Dreams, and it's convenient to walk around the area too. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options for kids. There's even the popular Don Quijote supermarket nearby!
GGuest UserThe room size was just right, clean and hygienic, and the L'Occitane toiletries made it feel very luxurious. The only downside is the location, which is a bit out of the way. However, the price was good, so it's definitely worth recommending.
PPina ColadadaThe hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop, and getting a taxi from the entrance is also a breeze. Downstairs, there's a restaurant called Yang Zhi Jin Lao (currently under renovation, but another branch offering takeout is just 500 meters away), as well as Tang Chao Sheng Shi and a tea restaurant. A pharmacy and bank are also nearby. It's a short trip to Rua do Cunha (Taipa Houses-Museum), just three bus stops away with frequent services.
The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful; you can even get complimentary bottled water. The room was surprisingly spacious, even larger than a 4-star hotel I previously stayed at on the peninsula. A special shout-out to the strong, kind uncle at the front desk! On our check-out day, we were waiting for our ride with lots of luggage, and he proactively helped us hail a taxi and load our bags. It was a truly heartwarming gesture. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Macau!
GGuest UserThis hotel was called The Westin when it first opened, and it was one of the best hotels in Macau at the time. Going back 30 years later, I still found the environment to be first-class and the hygiene facilities excellent. My 12-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and surroundings, and he insisted we come back again next time. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's still acceptable, and it's not too far from the newly opened [resort/area, assuming '群' refers to a new development or cluster of attractions]!
LLvlailvquThe facilities are a bit old, but the location is great. After clearing customs, I just followed the navigation and walked there. The room isn't big, but it has all the amenities, which is really good. To experience Macanese culture, I even went for dim sum early in the morning.
