My mom and I stayed at this hotel, and overall it was a good experience, but we had a couple of issues.
We arrived around 11:00 a.m. and were told that check-in was at 2:00 p.m., so we left our luggage and went out. We returned and checked in later that evening, around 10:00 p.m.
The first issue was the air conditioner in our room. Around 11:30 p.m., I noticed it wasn't getting cold. I waited for a while, thinking it just needed time, but it still wasn't working properly when we were ready to sleep. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check it. They eventually moved us to another room around midnight, which we appreciated.
The next day, we had to change rooms again. While my mom was cleaning up, she found a used condom on the floor near the bedside lamp. This was very disappointing and raised concerns about the room's cleanliness. We informed the staff member who helped us move our belongings, although I'm not sure if the issue was reported because we had to leave shortly afterward.
Aside from these issues, the staff were helpful, and the hotel itself was nice. If it weren't for the air conditioner problem and the cleanliness issue, our stay would have been great.
