Great services, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. We only tried the coffee shop at the lounge for an early sandwich lunch. The food and coffee were excellent, particularly the dessert and cakes were great. Swimming pool was good too. We all enjoy the stay.

Being in the entertainment business traveling from state to state city to city, l've stayed in a vast amount of hotels traveling abroad as well a vast amount of hotels, but by far the most superior hotel that l've ever stayed in is hotel Central in Macao the history, the passion, the love that went into reviving. My wonderful experience in Macau: I was staying at the Ponte 16 on August 14, 2025. The hotel staff are well trained with a great attitude, from the Concierge Sam, to the Front Desk Jenny and Laura, and Housekeeping Tina. They are cordial, professional, helpful, and make feel at home during my stay in Macau. I would like to extend my warm gratitude to them for making my trip a memorable one. Staff : Friendly Room : Nice. May I advice, pillow please have slightly hard.. pillow too soft and i have my neck pain. Bed, is good for me. Hard.. Keep up the good attitude and cleanliness..

Small, but perfectly laid out rooms, and exactly like the pictures, so no surprises. I was travelling solo, and only in the room to rest; with space for one suitcase under the bed, it was absolutely fine, but a larger couple might struggle, as unless one was sat completely on the bed, you would be in each others way getting ready. An easy walk to the metro, and old town. Bus stops almost directly outside; a small 7/11, and larger supermarket within a block; a good variety of local places to eat within two blocks; and lots more options, within a short walk. While there was no breakfast (exactly as advertised), there was a basement room, with a large shared fridge (write your room number and date on the carrier bag), water filter (hot & cold), microwave and tables & chairs, so if you wanted to get breakfast from the local bakery, or takeaway for dinner, you don’t have to sit in your room and eat it. The road outside is busy enough during the day, that I was aware of traffic noise when I woke up, however my room was on that side of the building. For me it was fine, I had, but didn’t need my earplugs, however a lighter sleeper, wanting to sleep in, might find it a little noisy. At night it was fine. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with the staff, but found them helpful and efficient at checkin, checkout and when I returned later that day to collect my luggage. I stayed 3 nights for 141.65 GBP (Jan-26), and at that price, in this location, I’d book again.

Hotel is clean, pleasant, and new. Staff are all great, friendly, accommodating, speaks good english. Starting from front desk, breakfast area, and check out staff, all are smiling and interacts nicely. Breakfast is generous & excellent.

We have stayed in this hotel serveral times. This is one of our favourite hotels in macau. The service is nice and warm. Kind and friendly staffs. The room is big and clean, king size comfy bed. Big and wide window, Nice view from our room

I appreciate much that they allow as to check in early, staff are friendly and the hotel room was big comfortable and nice, I highly recommend to stay there.

This trip to Macau gave me a whole new impression of the city. The colorful Portuguese-style architecture and the slow rhythm of the old town made me naturally slow down as I walked. At night, the streetlights, the glowing Eiffel Tower at The Parisian, and the forever-blue “sky” inside The Venetian added a dreamy touch to the experience. The food was full of surprises too—from warm Portuguese egg tarts to fragrant pork chop buns, every bite felt like leaving a little mark on this journey. It was a short trip, but filled with relaxation, healing moments, and the unique charm of Macau. I can’t wait to come back and discover more stories from this city.

I love the hotel room, very cheap but is very biggg room, big bed, big bathroom, is just .. hard to find the location is in up hill, but still I will booked again coz I know how to get there already 😁😊
