The hotel's location is excellent, with dining and entertainment options all integrated nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel environment is also great, and the service is spot on, especially Kin in the lobby who was super warm and friendly ❤️

The location is pretty good, quiet, and the hygiene is well-maintained. However, the washing area is a bit narrow. Everything else is great.

I was very satisfied with the room facilities, and there was even an extra spacious and clean bathroom. The environment was comfortable and the service was attentive and thorough. I really liked it and would definitely want to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Macau.

First off, it's rare to find family rooms, which is perfect for family trips. It's within walking distance to places like Grand Lisboa, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right downstairs. The hotel's seafood hot pot buffet is excellent.

Great value for money, very affordable. It's right opposite Wynn Hotel, and very convenient for getting to the airport or the ferry terminal. I would definitely consider this hotel again on my next trip to Macau.

The hotel is conveniently located near a bus station and a supermarket. Check-in was efficient during off-peak hours, and the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate requests for non-smoking, non-corner rooms. They even proactively offered an extra key card for electricity, which was very helpful. The room itself was relatively clean and tidy, and disposable amenities were readily provided. However, the bathroom facilities are a bit dated as the hotel is a little old.

The room was bigger than expected. The bedding had a damp smell, but overall cleanliness was good. The front desk staff were patient and friendly. There are many dining options around the hotel and transportation is convenient.

For a family trip, staying at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong is quite spacious and comfortable. I'd choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. The location is convenient for getting around, and the rooms are clean and quiet. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.
