At check-out, the staff kindly reminded me to take all my belongings and offered well wishes for my journey. These small details really highlighted their professionalism and warmth. I stayed in a business king room, which was spacious and bright with a simple yet elegant design. The solid wood furniture paired with soft lighting created a warm and refined atmosphere. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, allowing me to quickly relax and enjoy a good night's sleep after a busy day. Highly recommended.

Check-in and communication were smooth, and I always felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The facilities were excellent as well. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay convenient and relaxing. Common areas were modern and organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere across the property. The food was another highlight. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and well presented, whether at breakfast or other dining options in the hotel. Overall, the combination of strong service, quality facilities, and great food made this a highly enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Guangzhou.

This hotel is really close to my company in Guangzhou, so I've been staying here a lot recently. I really like the unique corridor design, and the breakfast is great – a good variety and quite filling. A special shout-out to the cleaning lady on the 11th floor on the 28th. She found my ID card holder that I'd lost in the hallway and returned it to me. While it wasn't valuable, it saved me a lot of hassle! It immediately made me feel a real connection to the hotel.

Excellent stay! We traveled with kids and seniors during the Chinese New Year holiday. Both the accommodation and food were great. It's also close to the subway. We even saw a lion dance performance today, on the eighth day of the New Year, which was very exciting for the kids from the south who had never seen one before!

We were in town for G.E.M.'s concert, and the location was perfect – really close to the venue, and also very near the subway station. There were supermarkets and convenience stores nearby too, which was great. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I was quite satisfied with all the amenities. The front desk service was incredibly patient. We had booked two rooms with friends, and initially, they were on different floors. Later, an empty room became available right next to ours. The front desk staff was very patient and brought us new key cards twice. Overall, it was a really good experience. The only minor downside was that check-in was a little bit late.

This is my third stay at Atour Hotel, and it's truly the top choice for young professionals on business trips. The amenities are excellent, and the front desk staff, both the handsome men and beautiful women, are incredibly patient. Since we arrived quite late from Shenzhen on our first day and had a conference the next, I tentatively asked if we could check out a bit later the following day. Perhaps the kind and lovely lady saw how exhausted my colleagues and I were, because she agreed to extend our checkout until 6:00 PM. This definitely deserves a five-star review! For our tired bodies and weary souls after a full day, that little bit of extra rest time was exactly what we needed. For us 'worker bees' always on the go, I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness 🙏

It's conveniently located on the riverfront in Guangzhou's Tianhe International Finance City, close to the subway, with numerous dining options like McDonald's just downstairs. What's particularly great is its proximity to the Zhujiang New Town TOD intercity Keyun Road station, where high-speed trains reach 200km/h, getting you to Baiyun International Airport in 25 minutes and Guangzhou South Station in 15 minutes. It's incredibly fast and accessible, whether you're traveling for business or leisure.

Room Amenities: This hotel has a classic European style, with a retro feel in both its decor and interior furnishings. The lighting is dim, but it's kept very clean. Breakfast: The food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and a good variety of options. The taste was great, and it included many Guangzhou specialties. Value for Money: It offers good value for money, and the location is decent too. It's about a 400-meter walk from the metro, making transportation quite convenient. Plus, the hotel is approximately 1 km from Linjiang Avenue, which was a big plus for me as I have a morning running habit.

For this Guangzhou vacation, my child has always loved Shangri-La, so we didn't hesitate to stay here again. Overall, our experience was very satisfying. We stayed in the Horizon Club for four consecutive nights. The housekeeping staff were incredibly diligent, keeping the room spotlessly clean and tidy every day, which made our stay very comfortable. They definitely deserve high praise for that. The only minor drawback that affected our overall experience was a small incident at breakfast on our departure day: Since we had an 7-8 hour high-speed train ride that day, we hadn't had time to prepare snacks the night before, and my child had only eaten a little before going for a walk. After I finished my breakfast, I remembered that the check-in slip on the first day mentioned a takeaway service. So, I asked a staff member about how to pack food. They told me I could place the bread on the table first. I picked a plate of bread, but when I went back to another staff member to ask for a takeaway bag, I was told that packing was not allowed. The situation was quite awkward at the time. I didn't argue further, but just asked what to do with the plate of bread. In the end, the staff member simply took away the bread I had selected. We stayed for four consecutive nights, with breakfast and dinner included, and didn't even dine at the hotel for several of the dinners. Honestly, we weren't concerned about the cost of a few pieces of bread. However, the inconsistent information and being directly refused and having the food taken away in front of us truly dampened our mood. What could have been a thoughtful service that enhanced our stay ended up bringing our perfect accommodation experience down to just barely passing.
