Guangdong Airport Hotel (Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport Direct Store)

This hotel, in my opinion after staying there a few times and comparing with those similar in the vicinity; Just great! Airport transfers provided; friendly and helpful drivers, followed by friendly Front desks personnel and clean rooms. Not to forget about its location with great food with reasonable prices. I’ll be back! Uploaded photos of the great food that I had 8 minutes away.

This hotel is a joke, they are not finish their renovation completely and already open for profit, everything still broken apart, and hotel cleaniness is absolutely terrible, we arrived 2am and all 3 rooms that we booked are disgusting with plenty of hairs on the floor, toilet bowl still have **** mark, and room smell like smoke and damp. We complaint the issues to reception lady and require to change room, the staff is very helpless and rude, she seems doesnt care about the room issues and just said they dont have any available room left and no cleaner, doesnt even try to find solutions, she try to make us accept the conditions of the room. Until my attitude is escalated, then she start calling boss and then finally she can find a cleaner for us. We have to wait for all 3 rooms to be clean again and can not have rest or sleep until almost 4am. Next day morning, we book airport drop off and already inform the updated time to receptionist lady, but when we came back, another receptionist still find only the old drop off time, not the new time, so theres no communication between receptionist themselves, and again we have to wait another 40mins for the drop off service, we almost late for our flight. In overall, this hotel not even worth 1 star, absolutely fail experience here, everyone should avoid this hotel, i would not recommend any one to stay here

1.amenities poor.....no luggage table, no wardrobe 2.no floor mat..... 3. Towel is bad and it still be used 4.room light control not user friendly 5.no handsoap 6.poor breakfast,not worth money 7. Complimentary f&b only tea no others 8.not worth price for staying..... 9.no note and pen for writing
