Arrived very late after having cancelled a booking in a nearby apartment, we were lucky to have the room upgraded to a twin suite. Large, beautiful, very convenient for a family. Maybe the living room could have been decorated with more themed items. The whole concept of the Hotel is very well organized around the Safari Park. Tigers in the garden and even in the central atrium of the breakfast restaurant. Huge hotel, very crowded even in the weekdays. That makes the breakfast moment a bit confusing. Offer is rich, quality is ok, but not at the level of a 5-star Hotel.

When I arrived, I turned off the air conditioner and said that it was because the weather was cold and many elderly people and children wanted quilts, so the central air conditioner was turned on to heat. Here is the discrepancy in my first reply. I don't have to turn on the air conditioner, but it's hot, the air doesn't circulate, and there's no exhaust fan in the room. Finally, the staff asked to help find an electric fan. Since the new hotel probably doesn’t have an electric fan, I finally found this one for me. There was so much dust that I was afraid of allergies and it ended up being useless. It was a rough night, and the child was still sweating without covering his head with a quilt. Hey, getting up early in the morning and going to the zoo is really exhausting and difficult. I couldn't sleep well, so I left the park before 2 o'clock and moved to a hotel to catch up on my sleep.

We stayed on the fifth floor and could still hear a little bit at night, but it didn’t have much impact. The children and the elderly were tired. So it's easy to fall asleep. Overall, this location and the price are really good value for money. High praise. p.s. Be sure not to take a taxi from Guangzhou South Railway Station to the hotel. It would be a ripoff. Just be sure not to take local taxis!
