I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom fixtures had a stable water supply, and the air conditioning, lighting, and other equipment were all working properly. In particular, the front desk staff were enthusiastic and polite, check-in and check-out were very fast, and they responded to requests promptly with thoughtful and attentive service. The location is convenient, and overall it offers great value for money. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it.

Excellent experience! The location is great, the interior is very clean, and the service response time was quick. We were able to check in early because our child needed a nap, which was a huge help. Overall, when traveling with kids, it's so important for the hotel stay to be as stress-free as possible, and this one certainly delivered.

I often travel for business nearby and this is my first time booking this hotel. It's really great value for money. The room is spacious and kept very clean with timely housekeeping. Most importantly, if the delivery robot isn't available downstairs, the front desk staff personally brings up the food! What amazing service is that? Even Mandarin Oriental just has cold self-pickup.
