My holiday has come to an end, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff for making our stay such a pleasant one.
The hotel is in a great location with 2 big beds which allows 4 paxes a room and the service provided by the front office team was truly exceptional.
I would especially like to recognize two staff members who went above and beyond during our 2-night stay.
**July** – Upon check-in, she kindly shared her WeChat contact with me without hesitation and without me even asking. Throughout our stay, whenever I had questions or needed assistance, she responded promptly and efficiently. Her proactive and attentive service made us feel very well taken care of.
**CC** – During our stay, I had several Taobao parcels being delivered to the hotel. Unfortunately, there were logistics issues and four of my parcels were delayed or appeared to be missing. Although it was my responsibility to contact the Taobao logistics providers, CC took the initiative to help me communicate with three different logistics platforms on my behalf. She kept me updated regularly via WeChat and did her best to track down my parcels. Thanks to her dedication and effort, I was able to receive some of my packages before checking out.
Both July & CC demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for their guests. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience.
Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou.
