Facilities: Great, well-equipped. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Good. Service: Staff member TT was excellent. Ice cream buffet experience: Fantastic. Overall, the stay was really good! 👍👌 The facilities and equipment are modern, and the Tmall Genie was very easy to use.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff here are very welcoming and helpful, especially our concierge TT, who was super friendly and even gave a complimentary breakfast to our child. The room facilities are complete, and the environment is pleasant. Overall, it was a good stay, and we'll definitely come back next time.

This hotel is located right within Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, making its location absolutely fantastic. It's really close to Exit D of Gongyuanqian Metro Station, and genuinely super convenient for reaching all the food spots I wanted to try. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were warm and polite, and there was plenty of complimentary bottled water – you could even grab extra from the front desk yourself. The shower was a wet/dry separation, the facilities were very new, and the equipment was smart. Overall, it's a great hotel with a wonderful environment. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel's location is excellent, right below the Giant Buddha Temple. They offer complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack. The staff, especially TT, provided outstanding service and even gave us two free breakfasts for our room. The breakfast was delicious and very unique. The room facilities were complete. I'm very satisfied.
