Joy is amazing - used wechat to communicate on room service & other questions that I have.
Borrowed converter for charging.
Hot water is hot and toilet is clean.
Free fruits delivered by robot upon arrival.
Bed is very clean and comfortable. First time I didn't use my own disposable covers.
Free washer and dryer, we wash clothes daily.
Free gym to exercise while waiting for wash.
Location very convenient, can go everywhere for food easily.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by plenty of nice food options and lively surroundings. One of the highlights was the convenience of food delivery, which could be sent straight to the room by a cute robot, such a fun and modern touch! The room was clean and came with a tea set, so I could enjoy a relaxing cup of tea in the room. The hotel team provided friendly and consistent daily housekeeping follow-ups. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It’s our first time in this hotel. I love the location its convenient since its a walking distance from the mall and halal restaurant. Staff Joy was so nice. She would wechat us and ask if we would like the housekeeping to come by and how was the service. Enjoyed our time there! Would definitely come again!

All are good especially location. It is basically in the same building as Mercure hotel. Opposite is Teemall with famous Tao Tao ju. Downstairs is start of Beijing pedestrian street.

I just say for the price we paid it is super duper good deal! We were told that we can do our laundry for free and happily we put the our clothes in the washer and forgot all about it. The hotel staff go an extra mile to put the washed wet clothes into the dryer and fold it neatly and put it back to new laundry bags for us to collect!!! I have travelled 3/4 of the global and I have never come across such a free laundry service for guests! China really built different and their extra mile to the guests makes me remember them for a long time!!!! Thank you for hosting us!!! Btw this hotel is very new and the price is super reasonable in comparison to most global branding hotels in Guangzhou!!! I have attached the laundry room picture for reference and it is located at the 30th floor of the hotel!!! It is definitely a laundry room with a view!!!😊

Friendly reception staff who always greet you whenever you pass by the counter. The location is really good. It is in the same building as Mecure Hotel. Definitely my choice of stay!😄

The location was amazing with a lot of shopping malls and popular dim sum restaurants within a foot distance. It is also a mere 3 minutes walk from the train station and making exploring the city easy.
The bed was also amazing, and the room I was given was not facing the Main Street hence it was really quiet.
The only bad point I can of is that the lift is shared with Mercure hotel, hence we need to wait awhile for the lift, but otherwise, would definitely consider to stay there again!
