Lcation 10/10 in front of the railway station and metro station, easy commute and that’s the only selling point.
Customer service 0/10 : their employees look so sad and stress and cannot understand english and does not want to try to communicate. They look so grumpy and rude all the time. (We compare to Yizhi and Urcove hotel staff where we stayed night before)
The cleaning staff are so friendly and offer many waters and ask if we need anything.
Room 6.5/10
1. We did not get the room that we booked as they said we got upgraded but the upgraded look more like a downgrade, funny layout and not spacious as they claim, so we change the room until we get what we want.
2. The room have cigarette smell, we did go talk to them to change room due to the smell but they said the AC is central AC and the guests smoke inside the room they cannot control guests, so we have to live with the smell. So if you are sensitive to cigarette smell, don’t book this hotel. Also the smell is strong to the point that your towel will have smoke smell.
3. The room is clean as normal
When you book the hotel it will have only breakfast for 1 person, and when you arrived and checked in they will try to make you pay 49 yuan for a second person breakfast + and room upgrade, we did not pay anything but still not upgrade.
