Excellent location, convenient transportation, and easy access to shopping. They offer free laundry facilities. It's very convenient for getting around and shopping. There's a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop downstairs.

The bed was super comfortable, I fell asleep almost instantly. The bathroom was dry and clean. It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, which saved a lot of time and effort getting around. Overall, it was clean and comfortable, definitely worth returning to.

I came to Guangzhou for a holiday and wanted a hotel close to all the attractions and with convenient subway access. After a long search, I chose the Echarm Hotel chain, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The location is super convenient, right above the subway station. I could walk to Beijing Road for shopping and dining, and downstairs there's the Animation Star City, which was amazing for an anime fan like me! I could browse and buy merchandise! I booked an inner-facing room, but there was no strange smell, so the hotel's hygiene standards seem quite high. The room was spacious and even had a mini-fridge for chilling fruit. I particularly want to praise the shower pressure and the bedding. The shower pressure was great, very comfortable to use. The bedding was just right – not too hard, not too soft – which was perfect for someone like me who's particular about beds. I slept really well! The service was also excellent; the staff greeted us whenever they saw us, which made us feel very welcome.

The hotel's location is super convenient, directly accessible from Exit A of Gongyuanqian Metro Station on Line 2, right to the lobby. The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The staff were warm and thoughtful, and the bed was really comfortable. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. My stay was very pleasant, highly recommended!
