Chimelong Panda Hotel

Our Chimelong family trip this time was absolutely fantastic! We pre-booked the "1318 RMB Chimelong Group Hotel 2-day 1-night Family Voucher Package" through Trip.com, then selected our hotel and dates and headed off. First, checking into Chimelong Panda Hotel was such a delightful surprise; it’s filled with a charming panda-themed atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. The little ones screamed with joy as soon as they walked in – an amazing check-in experience! ✨ On the first day, we went straight to Chimelong Water Park. There were so many fun and thrilling rides! From the relaxing lazy river to the exhilarating Behemoth Bowl, every slide offered maximum enjoyment. The water was clean, and the park facilities were excellent, making it the perfect choice for beating the summer heat. We had a blast all day long. On the second day, we visited Chimelong Safari Park. Even though it poured rain, it didn't dampen our enthusiasm one bit! We set off early and took the first ride on the small train from the South Gate to explore. The park is huge, and the variety of animals is incredible! You can feed small animals up close, and the self-driving area offers a fantastic viewing experience. The spectacular circus performance is not to be missed. Strolling around and exploring was so much fun; both adults and children had a wonderful time. Overall, the trip was comfortable and joyful. Both the hotel and park services were top-notch. It's perfect for family trips or friends traveling together. We'll definitely choose Chimelong for our next vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone!

My wife and I chose the Panda Hotel for our Chimelong trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. The lobby is bright and cozy, the room has great natural light, and the bedding is comfortable. Our upgraded room was even more spacious. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff proactively helped with our luggage, clearly explaining the park routes and shuttle times. During our stay, my wife wasn't feeling well, and the hotel promptly provided sanitary pads, which was a huge help in a pinch. The breakfast selection was excellent, the location is close to the park, and the security made us feel safe. It's perfect for couples looking to relax. Full marks, highly recommended!

Both the lobby and rooms are absolutely adorable, highly recommended for family trips! 😁 The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a great variety and are delicious. It's also conveniently close to all the different parks. The staff are very warm and patient! The 2-day, 1-night unlimited access for two to four parks (Safari Park + Amusement Park + Bird Park + Water Park) package was also excellent value.

We frequent Chimelong, and I'm impressed with how their service keeps improving. Park entry is convenient, and both the hotel and park grounds are clean and hygienic. The kids had a fantastic time, we'll definitely be back!

The hotel service is excellent, and the environment is also great. It's very convenient for traveling with an infant, as they promptly deliver any items we need. The hotel's restaurant is delicious, and there are many mascots interacting with the children. My child had a wonderful and very enjoyable time.

Out of the 3 hotels we considered, we ended up choosing the Chimelong Panda Hotel. The environment was lovely, and the cleanliness was excellent. My kids absolutely loved it! The circus show was spectacular, and we got to see all the wild animals. It was a perfect end to our trip. We'd definitely come back given the chance.

The hotel lobby is like a castle, beautifully decorated and rich in detail. The rooms are cozy, and the check-in and luggage storage processes are clear and straightforward. Most importantly, the location is excellent, close to the water park and Happy World. We also got early entry to the safari park, saving us 30 minutes, so we were on the mini-train within about ten minutes of queuing. Our whole day of fun went smoothly.

For our Chimelong trip on the 24th-25th, I compared several options and decisively chose the Panda Hotel over the Chimelong Hotel after careful consideration. The entire stay far exceeded our expectations, especially for families with young children. Everything, from the facilities and family-friendly details to the service and convenience of getting to and from the parks, was incredibly satisfying. I sincerely recommend this hotel to any family visiting Chimelong. The hotel is fully themed around a charming panda fairy tale. As soon as you step into the lobby, the atmosphere is instantly captivating, with adorable panda triplets visible everywhere. The decor is exquisite and whimsical, and the public areas are clean and tidy, indicating excellent maintenance. My child was particularly thrilled; they could see small animals up close without even entering the park, having a fantastic time just within the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were warm and patient, and very friendly towards children. They meticulously explained guest benefits, shuttle bus schedules, and important park entry information. Check-out was also very efficient. We could even rent strollers, cribs, and bed rails, which made traveling with a young baby very convenient. This was booked via Trip.com. Our family-themed room was spacious, filled with cute panda-themed details everywhere, and decorated in a playful, lovely color scheme. My child absolutely adored it from the moment we walked in. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring both adults and children could get a good rest after a full day of playing. The room thoughtfully catered to children, providing kids' slippers, bathrobes, and cartoon-themed toiletries. The bathroom even had a non-slip mat. These thoughtful family-friendly details were everywhere, making it safe and comfortable for the kids. The room also featured a dedicated small bed for children, giving them their own little space, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The hotel offers a wide range of dining options. The buffet restaurant had many dishes suitable for children's tastes, and the Food Town was also very convenient for meals, meaning we didn't have to go far to eat. The biggest plus point was the incredibly convenient transportation to and from the four major parks! The hotel provides a free shuttle bus with frequent services. Hotel guests can enter the parks earlier, which gave us a lot more playtime. For Chimelong Paradise, Water Park, and International Circus, you can directly walk via the Starlight Corridor on the hotel's second floor, avoiding sun or rain. It only takes a few minutes to reach the park entrance, and there's a special entrance for guests, bypassing large crowds and significantly saving waiting time. When tired, you can easily take a shuttle bus or walk back to the hotel for a rest. Even if the children are exhausted, they don't have to travel long distances, allowing for effortless movement between the park and the hotel. After a two-day, one-night stay, the themed atmosphere was immersive, family-friendly details were spot on, service was attentive, and the location was excellent, making visits to the four major parks effortless. My child had a fun and comfortable time throughout. I was extremely satisfied with this stay, and I will prioritize the Panda Hotel again for our next visit to Chimelong. Highly recommended for families with children!

The hotel is bursting with panda-themed charm everywhere, and the kids absolutely loved all the cute panda elements. The room was clean and came with kids' toiletries and slippers. Guests can enter the park early and re-enter multiple times. The hotel is conveniently located right inside the resort. Highly recommended!
