City Holiday Hotel Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Renhe Metro Exit B

Traveling solo, this hotel was a real haven. The overall vibe was simple and comfortable, clean and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The staff were gentle and attentive, with thoughtful details that made my stay feel easy and secure, adding a lot of safety and happiness to my solo trip.

They said they'd pick me up from the airport in 5 minutes, which I didn't really believe anyway. But waiting 50 minutes was excessive, especially with all the mosquitoes at the entrance biting my legs. Finally got into the room, and as soon as I opened the door, there was a strong musty smell. The towels also had mold spots. I called the front desk about the mosquitoes in the room, and they told me they were too busy and I should come to the front desk to get something myself...

Every time I passed the front desk, Ms. Menghua's smile made me feel incredibly welcome. Not only was she efficient and professional with check-in and check-out, but she also thoughtfully asked about my preferences and proactively shared information on local transport and dining options. When I asked for directions to attractions, she patiently hand-drew a simple map for me. Her service combined the standard procedures of a five-star hotel with the genuine warmth and care of a friend. Kudos to such an excellent employee! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access.

The hotel staff are so welcoming and the place is spotless. The rooms are cozy and incredibly spacious – seriously, the biggest I've ever seen, no contest! Plus, there's tons of parking, a huge lot. The hotel's location is excellent, the housekeeping staff are super friendly, and the front desk team is really enthusiastic. The room rates are also very affordable, offering great value for money! I've had more than one comfortable and pleasant stay here; it feels like a home away from home. That's my review of this hotel.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way; you have to turn into an alley to find it. I had an early flight the next day, but there were people talking loudly downstairs and outside late into the night, so I didn't get much sleep. The soundproofing isn't great. Also, my 'king' bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. Seriously, couldn't they find a proper king-sized bed?
