JI Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street)

The environment is really good! The subway is right next door, and it's super convenient for exploring the neighborhood. However, the lobby is always packed with people, and I'm not sure if they're group guests waiting to check in or just locals resting. The room itself was very quiet; even though it's street-facing, it wasn't noisy at all at night. The bedding was super comfortable, and it even came with a latex pillow – luxurious!

The location is great; the hotel is right next to the subway station, with many options for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. It's also easy to get a Didi (ride-sharing service). Plus, the front desk helps with package collection. The only downside is that the room was not clean! I booked a business twin room for three nights, and on the very first night, my mother and I were bitten by bed bugs. Although I reported it to the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room, we still encountered bed bug bites on the second and third nights. Now that I'm back home, I have to see a doctor to deal with this issue. In terms of hygiene, I'm quite disappointed with All Seasons Hotel.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right in the Beijing Road shopping district. It's incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, with many attractions within walking distance, making daily commutes hassle-free. The guest rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities, and the bedding cleanliness is acceptable, meeting basic needs for a comfortable stay. However, there are noticeable downsides. The room space isn't particularly generous, and the layout feels a bit cramped. The soundproofing is just average; you can occasionally hear noise from the hallway, which can disturb your sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were smooth. Considering both the location and the overall stay experience, it offers moderate value for money. It's perfectly fine for a short trip if you're not too particular, but if you're looking for a truly comfortable experience, you might find it slightly lacking.
