"This hotel is located in the heart of the business district, offering a peaceful retreat despite the bustling surroundings. It's directly across from Joy City and right next to the Grand Tang Everbright City. The Shisan Su Point, integrated with the hotel, is excellent for personal enjoyment or as a gift. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and welcoming. We stayed in the apartment building, and the service staff were very enthusiastic; the complimentary fruit on our first day was super fresh. Because I have a bad back and can't sleep on a soft bed, I contacted the hotel's express service center, and within two minutes, two housekeeping staff members came to change it for me. Just a small suggestion: since the apartment has a washing machine, it would be even more perfect if there was a simple drying rack in the room. Overall, it was excellent!!!"

This business trip to Xi'an, I was just looking for a clean, quiet place to catch up on sleep, and I stumbled upon a true gem. The advantages of this InterContinental in Xi'an are incredibly exciting, particularly the unprecedented quiet atmosphere it creates. The entrance door to the room, the swing door to the hallway, and the sliding door to the washroom – three layers of soundproofing – are an absolute godsend for light sleepers. You truly wouldn't hear someone shouting at the top of their lungs just outside your door. The curtains are also double-layered and extra thick, ensuring not a single ray of light gets in. It's truly amazing! However, there are also some downsides. While there are many pillow types, there isn't a low buckwheat pillow, which is a bit of a shame, though it's not really an issue with this specific hotel, as it seems to be a common theme across InterContinental properties. Our butler, Serena, was very courteous and helped resolve various small issues. Her service was highly professional!"

The front desk can help with receiving and sending packages, and there's also a Fengchao smart locker, which is very convenient. Breakfast selection and taste were pretty good. It was such a relief to avoid the May Day crowds. The chef even brought over my fried eggs. Plus, a pleasant surprise: 'Morning Wake-Up' (a kind of hangover cure) and 'Chili Oil Chicken Feet'. The hotel is conveniently located near two shopping malls, Fangyuanhui and Sunshine World, both within walking distance."
