Xi'an Airport Hotel

I've stayed here a few times now, and the service attitude is consistently poor. Given its proximity to the terminal and cleanliness, they really need to improve their staff's training. The service just feels so stiff and unwelcoming.

The hotel environment is very grand and clean, and the service is very attentive. The breakfast is also plentiful. Highly recommended for business travelers.

The hotel has a great environment, but the only downside is that it's a bit noisy (due to its proximity to the airport). However, it's also very convenient for getting to all terminals, with a shuttle bus running every half hour starting from 4 AM.

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – no strange smells or dust anywhere. The toiletries were comprehensive, hot water was plentiful, and the internet speed was great. The staff were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious too. Overall, the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended! They even upgraded my breakfast!

Staying here was super convenient. My flight arrived late at midnight, so I took the shuttle bus from Terminal 5 to Terminal 3. The hotel is right across from Gate 322. The staff were very welcoming and even upgraded me to a suite. Across from Gate 323, you can go down to the second floor and book a car with Shenzhou Rental, which can take you directly to Famen Temple in Baoji. It took about 2 hours during the May Day holiday.

The room was spacious, clean, and soundproofed, so my sleep wasn't disturbed as I had initially feared. The hotel is right next to T3 terminal, which is super convenient for boarding; you don't even have to leave the hotel, just walk through the connecting corridor to reach the terminal.

The room was spacious and the front desk staff were very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There's a kids' room opposite the Western restaurant, which made the whole stay very comfortable. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again.

The facilities are really old, and the room was so stuffy. The hotel didn't even turn on the air conditioning, and when I opened the window, the airplane noise was too loud. I couldn't sleep a wink all night. Breakfast was just okay too. The only good thing is its convenient location inside the airport.
