"I had an enjoyable one night stay at the DoubleTree. I was given a delicious cookie in arrival. Excellent customer service, particularly from Jenny, who was very helpful in providing information on local sightseeing. I used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room, all great, although the changing rooms are a bit grubby and would benefit from a revamp. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. An enjoyable and relaxing stay."

The hotel also provided swimming floats, and all the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our children especially loved Xiao Yang, who drove the panda-themed shuttle bus."

"This is perfect for relaxing with the kids! The hotel even upgraded our room, and the kids had a blast. Our private onsen room had a large pool with adjustable water temperature, which was great for children. The hotel also provided children's toiletries – perfect attention to detail. After our onsen, there was a Wagyu beef hot pot and BBQ restaurant right next door, so we could have everything we needed in one place – so convenient and relaxing!"
