Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Makati

The location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast  was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

The people who works at this hotels are literally angels, they are so amazing people, lovely, helpful and very caring. Honestly they really know what’s called customer services. But my best experience was seeing the Bible in the room😭 nothing will ever make me happy in this world than a hotel that provides Bibles in the room. It was my first time seeing this. I prayed and fasted for 3 nights🤎The only problem I had was my room shower, there was no hot water and and I was having flue but I took called shower because am an introvert i don’t want to bother people. And that’s the reason I moved out. I even wanted to comeback but when I remember the shower problems i faced I couldn’t. All from love.

I can confidently say that this hotel has become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and carry a subtle fragrance that adds to the relaxing vibe — it’s the kind of detail that shows how much care goes into keeping the place welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Every interaction feels personal, as if they’re invested in making your stay memorable. Whether it’s a simple request or a bigger need, they go above and beyond with a smile, and that kind of service is rare to find. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out because it consistently delivers comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality at the highest level. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel at home while still giving you the luxury of being cared for. That’s why I will always go back — because I know I’ll be treated with the same excellence every single time.

Very dissappointed about the condition of the room they provided and the amount of the security deposited. Old and kinda dark lights inside the room. They are requiring 4k security deposit despite of the condition of the hotel and rooms. Hotels located in BGC, Cubao, Pasay and Paranaque they are not requiring that SD amount even though they are high rated hotel compare with this Hotel. With that amount of SD they shoud upgrate their TV into Smart TV one instead of ordinary cable tv access. With that kind of ambiance, I felt im staying in Sogo or budgeted hotel room. Not classy looking room. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating unlike front desk staff whic is very snob. Over all rating 7 out of 10.

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

The building is located at the heart of makati. Its a quick walk to Greenbelt. Walk a bit more to the other side and you can explore the Salcedo and Legazpi weekend Markets. Only drawback is the Lift (elevator) that is still going through repairs. Takes awhile to get up and down.

The room is nicely sized and the bed was fine. The air conditioning has thankfully been updated, and even though the carpet and the furniture have seen better days, the hotel was overall quite alright.

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
