The location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. They also offer a very good bus service, which of course, comes with a fee.

The location fo the hotel is quite good for business trip. As I just stay a night in this area. Can't have too much comments aboyt the surroundings nearby the hotel. However, it just took few seconds for me to walk to the place for my work. The traffic is busy as this is the CBD in Manila. I more important thing needed to be mention is Makati is quite safe if you want to find a place that is safety.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. The location is one of its biggest advantages. It’s just a short drive from Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), making it a great base for shopping, restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing. The only issue I experienced was with the iron. On my first day, I wasn’t able to get one because I was told they were all in use. I assume the hotel either has only one iron or not enough to meet guest demand. It wasn’t a major problem, but having a few more irons available would definitely improve the guest experience, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes before heading out. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Manila.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

The rooms were very clean and fresh, spacious and very comfortable. Everything was excellent, the staff always helped us when we needed anything. The breakfast was good, not so many varieties but it was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

The building is located at the heart of makati. Its a quick walk to Greenbelt. Walk a bit more to the other side and you can explore the Salcedo and Legazpi weekend Markets. Only drawback is the Lift (elevator) that is still going through repairs. Takes awhile to get up and down.

The hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by. Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much

Room is very same as photo, complete kitchen utensils and everything was brandnew, I dont like high floor so this 7th floor room is perfect to me. Amenities was good, The free sauna is what i like here since i dont swim. But the highlight was the location, I was very close to rockwell and filling station in poblacion. There was a very good biryani restau downstairs just a few walking distance only. Thank you, will definitely be back again and would stay longer.
