Our stay was alright. Situated in a good location with a mall just next to it. Very friendly staff and response rate is outstanding. However, the breakfast buffet is very poor, very limited options and does not taste great. There needs improvement.

I stayed at Seda Residences Makati for three nights and was very pleased with the location and amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! I will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Manila.

Had a great stay at this hotel as always. This was my 4th or 5th visit and they never disappoint. The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. The staff were consistently warm, professional and accommodating. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️.

Booked the suite it was a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We did however have some delay in getting the room for a large group but all in all the stay waa good. PS. Wouldn't not recommend the rooftop bar.

I enjoyed my stay at Seda Residences and found it to be a comfortable and welcoming place. The staff stood out the most — always polite, approachable, and quick to assist whenever needed. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of, and those small, thoughtful interactions made a real difference. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with amenities that worked well for both short visits and longer stays. While there are a few areas that could be improved, they were minor and did not affect my overall comfort.
