GGuest UserThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

AAcelauThe most affordable Peninsula I've stayed at. On the day I checked in, there was a wedding or some event in the lobby, which made for a very poor experience. Checking in was a hassle, having to walk all around. The exterior is still quite grand, but the facilities inside are a bit outdated.

OOc$I had an exceptional stay at Ascott Makati. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay.
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious.
Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

The place was homey and inviting, location was superb, breakfast buffet was awesome and the room & bed were very clean & comfy - I slept well. GGuest UserThis was my sixth visit to Citadines Makati over 2.5 years, making a recent incident especially disappointing. I found my room's bedsheets unchanged, stained, and with hair. Staff offered a room upgrade, but the resolution took nearly an extra hour of waiting. For a loyal guest, this failure in basic hygiene and the prolonged inconvenience have severely damaged my trust in the property.

MMike ✈️Great value for money. The room is small but has everything you need: a super comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a working AC…all in a clean Nordic style esthetic. Loved it. Only 2 things I could point out as a negative experience: First the breakfast is really poor and they don’t even have milk for your coffee (I had to buy it myself at 7 eleven); Second having a room at the 12th floor might be panoramic but going up and down with the elevator sometimes takes 3 to 5 minutes waiting it to arrive 😅😅 But it’s just a minor issue.

The bedsheets weren’t changed, the floor wasn’t mopped, the towels weren’t replaced, the table wasn’t wiped, and the toilet wasn’t cleaned—there were issues every single day. I stayed in Room 1810 for 14 days; the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and there were many students staying who were loud every day. Overall, there was no quality at all.

GGuest UserI stayed at Oakwood Makati for a week, and it felt like home! The rooms are more like apartments, with all the comforts of home, including a kitchenette, and even a washing machine. The location is ideal, 20-30 minutes to Greenbelt and Glorietta, so I had no trouble finding places to eat and shop. The staff was very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. There’s even a nice pool and gym on-site. If you want a comfortable stay with a homey feel, Oakwood is the place to be.
