I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and excellent service. The reception team was always helpful, quick to answer my questions and ready to assist with anything I needed.
One of the highlights was the security staff – very professional, attentive, and always making sure guests felt safe. They were not only protective but also super friendly and willing to help with directions or even small favors.
The overall customer service was outstanding. Every interaction showed care and dedication, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was cozy, the location convenient, and I felt comfortable at all times.
I truly appreciated the effort of the whole team and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Philippines. I left with great memories and will surely stay here again on my next visit!"

"All good, the price is very good compared with others within the area . With such a good price not much can be complaints as it has a heater, fridge, fan, aircon although it might be a pretty old model but good to have. The locker is also available although I did not try it. The door lock is an old style key but many CCTV around everywhere hence nothing needed to worry about.
The wifi is available but the password really needs to be tried a few times as every floor and left and right have different. But it is functioning well."

The room design was also impressive, with a simple kitchen that allowed me to wash and dry dishes—very convenient. The only slight downside was needing to take two lifts to reach my room from the lobby, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the thoughtful service and well-designed room made the stay truly enjoyable."

AAnonymous UserThis is one of my favourite hotels in Manila! It’s situated in a great area where it’s easy to walk to places.
The staff a wonderful and polite, and the facilities are great! My sister and I used the pool every morning and there was a cheap laundry service that helped with our luggage. Breakfast is also great as everything is made fresh (no buffet!). I highly recommend staying here!

JJulia031089I just fell in love with this hotel because it’s SO CLEAN! Seriously, it’s a 5-star cleanliness. From the basement parking to the rooftop pool, everything is sparkling clean. I do love it. There was almost everything we needed in the room and in the bathroom, even vanity kits and facial tissues which is not common for 3-star hotels (I would honestly give them 4 stars🤩)
Service… we did have an issue with a waiter at the breakfast in Kaokee restaurant downstairs. I wish they gave him more training time and supervision cause he looked like he was not a good fit for this resto and the hotel. If he continues to work this way, there’s just gonna be a lot of bad reviews and disappointed customers. Other than this, everyone else is super friendly, accommodating and welcoming there.
Do note that the parking is NOT free. We paid 400 pesos for around 24 hours. I guess it’s gonna be more if you stay longer.
Also, if I stay there again, I would choose no breakfast option cause I’m a fan of Malaysian/Singaporean breakfast (Kaya toast with eggs and milk tea) but it doesn’t come with your booking, they have a separate menu for hotel guests (Filipino/kinda continental options) but Kaokee resto is one of my faves now in Makati, the food is super delicious, reminds me of our trips to Malaysia and Singapore🤩 I would just pay for my breakfast next time and choose what I really want. I would also recommend their Laksa and Salted Egg Shrimps, and both hot and iced Teh (milk tea with condensed milk), the hot one is more flavorful and delicious than the iced one.
But my Mushroom and Cheese omelette was super delicious too! So was my spouse’s Longanisa.
There’s one more resto you can have breakfast in, so do check the menu there.
Their rooftop pool is quite shallow but it felt good to soak there under the sun surrounded by the Makati skyline. It was our staycation and it really worked out cause we felt like tourists in our own city🤩
Thanks to the staff who made it happen despite some disappointing times at the breakfast. Hope it will never happen again

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay here. The building is close to the major shopping areas yet is in a generally quiet area. The studio apartment was very cozy and had a nice comfortable bed. I found the front desk staff to be extremely courteous and obliging. The building is slightly old but they kept the room very clean. Decent gym and a nice pool though I prefer a bit more sunlight. Happy to recommend if you like to be near the centre of Makati

While the amenities are fairly simple, the overall value for money is great, especially for travelers looking for a quiet and affordable place in the heart of Makati. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was really nice – clean, modern, and comfy. But, there were a couple of things that weren't so great. First, we waited an hour outside their receiving area located beside their parking garage to check in! I get that things happen, but an hour is a long time to wait, and considering the weather outside that time was too hot! We badly need our room since we've just arrived from our long flight. They really need to speed up their check-in process. Second, the Lavatory in our room was clogged. That's definitely not ideal, especially when the rest of the room was spotless. It was a bit inconvenient. Even with those two issues, though, we still had a pretty good stay. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes things better for future guests.
