"We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!"

"We always enjoy the breakfast here. The dining area is always clean and the servers are friendly and accommodating. As for the room, the one we booked is spacious enough for four adults. The beds are big and are comfy. We will definitely return, especially if there will be promos from online booking apps."

"I booked this hotel very very last minute for a solo trip to Manila and it turned out to be an amazing and incredibly affordable stay. As i was booking quite late, they only had the twin rooms (w/ two single beds) available but it was totally fine with me. The bed was super super comfortable. The staff were so hospitable. The hotel felt safe and secure. Your wishes to not make up the room are respected if you don't want that. Pretty nice gym in the basement that had everything I needed for a holiday workout and a pool on the roof with great views. The only downsize is that the pool isn't that bit so if there are more than 2 other ppl in there with you, its already a crowd. Not a big deal. I didn't realize that the hotel is a few blocks from the red light district until a few nights in as you don't get that sense from the immediate area. I would 100 times out of 100 stay here again, it has my recomendation."

"The room is very spacious, perfect for families with multiple children. The hotel is conveniently located next to many large shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. It's also about a 20-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient."

"The Fairmont, one of Accor's top-tier hotels, despite its age, is meticulously maintained. The room provided six complimentary bottles of water, and upon returning after dinner, turn-down service had been completed with a glass and water by the bedside. Used coffee pods were also replenished – truly 5-star service. Thank you for the birthday cake service as well. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a rich variety of international dishes. I would love to stay here again if I ever visit Manila. The location is excellent too, with a large shopping mall right across the street that includes a supermarket and shops selling Filipino goods, making it easy to buy souvenirs."

The Residence Club perks are absolutely worth it, and the level of service I received made me feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. They immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to recognize Christine from Housekeeping, who warmly greeted me while I was walking through the hallway. During the evening cocktail at the Residence Club Lounge, Wilson, Jimm, and Gian provided exceptional service and made me feel like a VIP guest. They were attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Jimm had prepared us 4 different cocktails. Thank you as well to Sherwin from Engineering for promptly assisting me and adjusting the air-conditioning temperature in my room. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service. And of course, a big thank you to Riccie, Glenn, and Babylyn for once again giving me such wonderful VIP treatment during breakfast at the Residence Club Lounge. Your attentiveness and hospitality were very much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the Residence Club perks were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was amazing and a great way to relax during my stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The personalized service from the Residence Club team really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, New World Makati, for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back soon!"

"Stayed here for a business trip and overall I was very satisfied. The room was quiet, the desk was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was stable, making it ideal for work. Check-out was efficient and the service was appropriate. The hygiene was good, toiletries were well-stocked, and the location was convenient for getting around for business. It's an excellent choice for business travel."

"Room are okay, though some spots looks need some repair. Especially the Room door and some wall from lobby.. looks dirty maybe some repainting or properly scrubbing to make it look more clean and presentable in and out of the rooms.  Some molds in the toilet also needs to scrub,  Nonetheless , it’s still very nice to stay in. ☺️"

"Just wanted to give some feedback, so many things went wrong. When I checked in at 12 PM, they gave me room 2303. I went up, but couldn't open the door for a while, so I had to go back down. After waiting for quite some time, they gave me another room, 2304. I noticed it was a twin room, and the beds were tiny, like 1 meter wide? If they were bigger, I would have just dealt with it since I was exhausted from traveling all day. But they were really too small for what I paid; I might as well have stayed at a regular guesthouse. If I asked the front desk to change rooms again, I'd have to go back down and wait at least 20 minutes. The front desk kept telling me to wait, even after I told them I booked a room with two large beds and showed them my reservation. They still made me wait, and wait, and wait. Then they told me to go back to my room and wait. I asked how long, it felt like forever. I even thought about trying to push the beds together. Anyway, I put up with all that, but then there was no hot water for my shower. I was naked, waiting for them to come and fix it for over 10 minutes. It's now 2:15 AM. Also, there was no comb, no slippers, no shower cap, and no cotton swabs."
