Disappointed with our experience. Booked a room 19 days in advance and arrived to find the hotel overbooked. The front desk staff handled it poorly and were unprofessional. They gave us a room but the lack of communication and care was a letdown. Not what we expected.

This hotel is on the corner of the red district. It is much cleaner than the service apartment next to Venice canals that's why I recommend it but I think is not the safest part of the town

If was a short stay everything was good except for the bath tub.

The room shows signs of age and wear, with some visible deterioration, such as peeling paint on the bathtub and mold beneath the silicone. The mattress is quite firm, with the inner springs noticeable at times. Despite these issues, the room offers a comfortable and home-like atmosphere that made my stay pleasant overall. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Jerico, who was consistently attentive and responsive to all my requests.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. It would've been nicer if there's a pool, so the kids will enjoy more. We will be glad to be back, though.
