I had a wonderful five‑night stay at Makati Diamond Residences, where the service stood out for being consistently attentive and professional, making me feel well taken care of throughout. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after busy days. Its prime location in the heart of Makati made it easy to access shopping, dining, and business areas, which added great convenience to my trip. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience that combined excellent hospitality with comfort and accessibility.

Staff were friendly and helpful across the board. Room was cosy. The amenity I loved most was the filtered water machine in room. Saved me the trouble of buying drinking water from convenience store. Although the hotel is lovely, I wasn’t able to catch much sleep as there was a construction going on directly across the street in the wee hours of the morning, which is no fault of the hotel.

Service is excellent. Rooms excellent. Restaurant and bar food was just okay. Coffee was excellent. Tons of luggage in lobby and random people sitting in lobby- felt very messy. I dont know how to feel about police in the front and metal detectors-- i think the entry experience is random and weird. Food was mid 6/10. Good value overall!

Our stay at Makati Diamond Residences was amazing and convenient. Staffs are also very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to people who are planning a visit to Manila.
