Excellent location right in the heart of city CBD which is makati city. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and mall. If you are interested in night life it’s probably four minutes away from the hotel.. staff are there 24/7 to help you out with anything you need. Check in fast and easy. Large room and bed as compared to other hotels in the same area with the same price  you get smaller room and not much in the bath room. With Berjaya you get face washer, hand towel and a soft bath towel. More plugs in the room to charge all ur devices. Cable tv,  breakfast has lot to offer.  my favourite staff is Mark he’s always available to render assistance.. many thanks to all the staff including the security team , restaurant staff and cleaning crews..

Good, I'll book next time. Good service and amenities is provided. Free access of swimming pool. I haven't tried the spa and gym yet but I'll try next time when I stay again. Thank you!

Very comfortable and clean room to stay. But I don't want the front desk agent attitude! They are all not accommodating! Kudos to the doorman who always greet me.

The room was big. Staff was friendly. The only downside about our stay was the sink. The floor was always wet because of it and had to wait for the rubber mat but we never got it. Hotel was near many restaurants and convenience stores.

It’s an old hotel. The elevator is slow and jerky, and the carpets are very old. But the bedsheets and towels are clean, even though the rooms are not bright enough. Overall, the Malaysian food is quite good.

The hotel is just fine and big especially the twin bed. And all the blanket and pillow its new. The breakfast is halal and malaysian food prepared.
