The room is very spacious, perfect for families with multiple children. The hotel is conveniently located next to many large shopping malls and restaurants. Breakfast was decent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. It's also about a 20-minute drive from the airport, which is very convenient.

Guest UserThe location is excellent. There's a shopping mall and plenty of food options right downstairs, and it's very easy to get a taxi to anywhere in the city. The hotel is clean, and having laundry facilities was a huge plus. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I had a very pleasant stay.

iYooootFor a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Guest UserThe location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
The location is one of its biggest advantages. It’s just a short drive from Greenbelt, Glorietta, Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Bonifacio Global City (BGC), making it a great base for shopping, restaurants, cafés, and sightseeing.
The only issue I experienced was with the iron. On my first day, I wasn’t able to get one because I was told they were all in use. I assume the hotel either has only one iron or not enough to meet guest demand. It wasn’t a major problem, but having a few more irons available would definitely improve the guest experience, especially for travelers who need to prepare their clothes before heading out.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Manila.

Gabba99The place prepared a sweet welcome for me as I arrive I thought that was nice but despite that many things lacked. Cockroaches are seen, plenty of times, there’s no place to hang your clothes after washing them which I find it strange, so much rules and regulations to bring a guest in but I think the location was the exception. There’s plenty of food around , supermarket, entertainment and much more.
Need the hotel to improve on 2 things. , 1 cleanliness and 2 get something for your future guest to hang their clothes in their rooms.

12다영The location and value for money are great, but the surrounding area is quite run down. There's no fridge, and while the first set of towels seemed clean, the replacement towels were old and had a slight odor. The bathroom drain was clogged, and the all-in-one shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was empty, so I had to request a refill. There was no bottled water, and no soap or toothbrushes, which I expected. I noticed the cleaning staff reusing partially used toilet paper rolls to replenish the rooms, rather than fresh ones. There was also some mold visible on the blinds. This was an unavoidable choice due to my personal schedule. The staff weren't friendly; they seemed annoyed, which I guess is typical for Manila. The room is tiny; it's okay for an unavoidable one-night stay, but anything more than two days would be tough.

Akhil GargI had a fantastic stay at Berjaya Makati. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the business district, with Greenbelt and Glorietta malls just a short walk away for shopping and dining. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was the staff; they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The pool area is a nice oasis after a long day of meetings. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!”

Cockroaches crawled on me at night, and I could hear the neighbors using their plumbing, the sound of water running through the pipes, and doors slamming. The hotel lobby was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was poor, the air conditioning worked well, and there was hot water.
