Stayed in premier king room and very satisfied because the room has been updated and looks and feels fantastic Nice big sized room Ordered room service and there was nice Malaysian food menu and the food was awesome In a neighborhood that has restaurants, cafes everywhere all within walking I would recommend the management to update or upgrade the reception area because it would make the hotel look better The reception lobby is First Impression, however currently it doesn't correspond to the quality of the room."

Great stay at Fairmont Makati. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The gym and pool were both great as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is my second stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. 1. Location: It's located in Makati, which is a relatively safe and bustling area with a pleasant surrounding environment. SM Mall is right across the street, and within about a two-minute walk, you'll find a pizza place, a restaurant with flavors that appeal to Chinese palates, and a Lawson convenience store. 2. Hotel Service: The hotel service is also relatively excellent. They are generally cooperative in addressing any issues, and it's quite convenient to get a taxi from here. 3. Breakfast: The breakfast selection is also quite rich and varied.

The Peninsula Hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Ayala Mall and Ayala Museum! It's definitely worth exploring the area! This neighborhood is very safe, so there's no need to worry. From the moment you enter, the staff greet you with warm smiles, making you feel completely at ease. The coconut trees in the lobby add a lovely tropical touch, and the piano accompaniment in the main hall creates a very elegant atmosphere!

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the shopping district. The area feels very safe. However, getting in and out can be a challenge due to extreme traffic congestion. It can take more than 25 minutes just to reach the hotel by car, even if you're already in the same area. Walking, it's only 3 minutes away. There's also some renovation work happening in the surrounding area. Despite these points, it's definitely worth another visit. The staff are incredibly wonderful and very cooperative. They also offer a very good bus service, which of course, comes with a fee.

Loved my stay at Lub D! Clean, spacious rooms with an extra thick, ultra-comfortable mattress that made a huge difference. Washrooms were spotless, and the staff were all super friendly. It's ideally located in northern Makati, just a short walk to the main pub street. 10/10 would return!

Great location in the heart of Poblacion, with lots of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly. It can get noisy at night due to the nearby bars and traffic, but the hotel provides complimentary earplugs, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Security, check-in, bell boys are great. The facade of the hotel is far more better than wat is real. Some elevators are not functioning properly. Bed are neat and clean. Aircon is acceptable. Location is excellent but for people not accustomed to nightlife hang-out are advice to not to stay out passed 10pm. But in general, with the reply and action of personnel, I say withour any doubt the hotel rate is acceptable and worth it.

I had to follow up multiple times for toiletries and towels. The place is a bit old. We also had an incident where a FP rider verbally abused my sister right infront of the guard but he didn't do anything. He was on the phone the entire team. When I asked him to confirm what happened, he was sarcastic, smug even. ”BAKIT, ANO BANG SINABI SAYO NG KAPATID MO?” I approached him professionally but his gestures are kinda bastos. I won't be back.
