We had a very enjoyable weekend at this hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic stay. Both the children and the elderly were very happy, and every aspect of our experience left me satisfied. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and came with comfortable bedding. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful; everyone, including housekeeping, demonstrated professionalism and enthusiasm. The hotel breakfast was also truly diverse and delicious. Choosing to stay here this time was an excellent decision!

For this trip to the Northwest, we stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at both the beginning and end. We stayed in two different rooms for a total of three nights, and it was very comfortable. Returning the car was also convenient. The hotel even upgraded our room type and provided free breakfast for our child. The hotel's beef noodles were delicious, and the freshly squeezed juice was very refreshing.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! This airport transit hotel deserves a perfect score! The shuttle service was very punctual, and it's only a few minutes' drive to and from the airport, making it ideal for late-night arrivals or early morning flights. It's an excellent choice for a layover. The staff were friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and efficient. It's perfectly suited for transit travelers in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next layover.

Very close to the train station, it is very convenient to catch a car, the hotel is newly renovated, the room layout is reasonable and the whole is very good, the room is soundproofed, not noisy, very quiet, the health is very clean, the whole is very good, the mattress pillows are particularly comfortable like it! You can walk to the Yellow River, and there are all sorts of shops along the way. When I returned today, I found my door unlocked and everything seemed normal, which startled me – my own oversight. It seems the hotel is quite safe, with key card access to the elevators.

Overall, a great experience. The environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are tidy and bright. The room layout is well-designed, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm, attentive, and responsive. The dining offers a rich variety of dishes, and the flavors are home-style and delicious. It offers great value for money, making my trip very pleasant and comfortable. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

I booked a double room with a river view, and you can indeed see the river and the bridge from there. The bed in the room was moderately comfortable, and the hygiene was good. The hotel's location is excellent, especially for those traveling by car, as it's not far from the highway exit and has an above-ground parking lot. If you turn right out of the hotel, you'll reach the Yellow River. Since it's not a major tourist spot, it's less crowded, and enjoying the breeze by the river is very pleasant. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross an intersection, you'll find a 'carb heaven' with several delicious eateries like Chuntai Shouzhua, Jinqiang, Mogouyan Beef Noodles, Guoyi Beef Noodles, and Fangha. There are also charging stations nearby. It's a bit of a distance from Zhongshan Bridge, about a 10 RMB taxi ride.

I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

I chose this hotel because it's the closest to Lanzhou West Station and offers a shuttle service. During check-in, I immediately booked the shuttle for the next day. The hotel called the following morning to say that due to the rain, the shuttle would leave 30 minutes earlier. So we went to the lobby to wait for the car. We were almost late for our train when the driver finally showed up in a 7-seater vehicle. There were 9 of us, so two people had to share a seat. Instead of dropping us off at the departure gate, we were taken to the underground parking lot. Everyone had to run to the ticket gate to catch the train. It was a bad experience.
