I had an early morning flight, so I opted to stay at the Parc Culture Hotel, which opened in 2025 at Lanzhou Airport, the night before. This hotel is one of the more luxurious options in the area, with very new and complete facilities in spacious rooms. The service was very attentive; they offered a special welcome drink upon check-in. The airport transfer service was excellent; they proactively called to confirm my itinerary in advance, and the driver enthusiastically helped with my luggage. The ride was about 5 minutes. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and in addition to standard fare, I could enjoy authentic Lanzhou specialties like beef noodles and grey beans. This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for guests with early morning flights or late-night arrivals.

Very close to the train station, it is very convenient to catch a car, the hotel is newly renovated, the room layout is reasonable and the whole is very good, the room is soundproofed, not noisy, very quiet, the health is very clean, the whole is very good, the mattress pillows are particularly comfortable like it! After a few days in Gannan, I specifically chose a hotel with a bathtub and a pool for a relaxing night. The Yellow River view room offers first-class scenery, overlooking both banks of the Yellow River from a high vantage point. The breakfast was also good, the room was spacious enough, and the service was excellent – anything I needed was provided quickly. There's also a Reader Culture & Creativity shop in the lobby downstairs. I'm a hundred percent satisfied! The price was surprisingly similar to a three-star campsite in Gannan. The cost of living in Lanzhou is surprisingly affordable!

I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

It was quite a disappointment. It's not all bad, though. My child suddenly fell ill, and my request for a late checkout was granted without any problems, which was quite humane. The breakfast was plentiful, and they had a special beef ramen. The restaurant is on the top floor with nice views, which was good. They really need to improve!
