Wonderful 3 nights stay here. Situated at the beginning of the old street, lots of eateries and some shops. Property is beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite its central location. Staff all extremely professional and eager to please, from the reception, to chambermaids and breakfast service staff. I’d say they can rival some of the top chain hotels in tier 1 cities. 1 point dropped due to only 2 washing machines for the entire place., making it extremely hard to get an empty machine, especially if you are located in the opposite wing. Another note is the lack of a privacy screen in the washroom. You can’t put on clothes in the shower since it’s wet but area outside is open with no door. I realise many hotels in Gansu are designed this way so not a specific negative for this property, but something to note if you are not a couple sharing the room.

The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's gym facilities were top-notch, perfect for relaxation and exercise. The hotel's WiFi was fast and provided a smooth internet experience. Parking was ample and very convenient; finding a spot was never a problem. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly, and Zhang YY provided excellent service, always with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedding was of very high quality and very comfortable to sleep in.

GGuest UserHotel location is good to find, convenient transportation, free parking factory, parking spaces are very sufficient. When I got off the elevator, I saw the robot delivering things. The child 👶🏻 was more curious and excited. The front desk service of the hotel is also very good, the security master is very eye-catching, help with luggage. The room was very clean, the room size looked very large, and the hot water was sufficient to take a bath for the child. The hotel environment is also good, especially the breakfast room environment, the mood is good when eating, the dishes are also good, forgot to take pictures. The hotel is a new hotel, the facilities and equipment are very good to use, the laundry room is dry, very convenient. I will come to this hotel next time and recommend it to everyone [strong][strong][strong]

As soon as I got off the plane, I called the hotel's customer service, and a driver immediately called to pick me up. After we arranged the time, the driver arrived right after I picked up my luggage. The room was clean, and the pick-up and drop-off service was excellent.
