In addition, the price is really high, the hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to go to Lanzhou West Railway Station, and the surrounding shopping and eating are convenient. The bed in the room was very comfortable, the lighting was comfortable, and the network speed was good and the drama was not stress-free. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserThe Mandarin Hotel is consistently outstanding. Coco provided wonderfully warm, thoughtful, and polite service. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade at the front desk. Our room was incredibly spacious with exquisite, luxurious decor, and the bathroom was immaculate and completely odor-free. We liked it so much we extended our stay! The room had all the amenities we could need, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and detailed job. Plus, the hotel offers free parking, has a prime location, and boasts excellent transport links.

房間整體乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位，沒有一點異味。電腦配置很給力，顯卡、內存、顯示器都很專業，玩大型遊戲非常流暢，不卡頓不掉幀，鍵盤鼠標手感也很好，外設都是大品牌，用起來很順手，對電競玩家來説真的很友好。網速也很快，下載遊戲和在線對戰都很穩定。
床很舒服，枕頭也很軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上玩累了休息得很好，不會被外面的噪音打擾。洗浴熱水很足，水壓穩定，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。
位置就在蘭州中心附近，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，樓下就是商圈，出行也很便利，離地鐵站、公交站都不遠，去哪裡都很方便。
