In addition, the price is really high, the hotel is in a good location, it is very convenient to go to Lanzhou West Railway Station, and the surrounding shopping and eating are convenient. The bed in the room was very comfortable, the lighting was comfortable, and the network speed was good and the drama was not stress-free. AAnonymous UserThe Mandarin Hotel is consistently outstanding. Coco provided wonderfully warm, thoughtful, and polite service. We were even given a complimentary room upgrade at the front desk. Our room was incredibly spacious with exquisite, luxurious decor, and the bathroom was immaculate and completely odor-free. We liked it so much we extended our stay! The room had all the amenities we could need, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and detailed job. Plus, the hotel offers free parking, has a prime location, and boasts excellent transport links.

KK-taoziI booked this hotel in a rush the night before my business trip, and it was my first time staying here. Overall, I was very satisfied. The front desk staff was efficient, and check-in was quick. Their attitude was also very thoughtful, and they even proactively recommended good local restaurants, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. My one-night stay was quite hassle-free, with no unpleasant surprises. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the most pleasant surprise was the local specialties like Jiangshui Bantang and Tianpeizi. They tasted very authentic, not like those perfunctory buffets – it was really satisfying in the morning. The hotel's location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. The value for money is great, and I would definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

一進大堂就感覺很有設計感，燈光和氛圍都很有電競那味兒，前台服務也很熱情，辦入住速度很快，態度特別好，讓人第一印象就很棒。
房間整體乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位，沒有一點異味。電腦配置很給力，顯卡、內存、顯示器都很專業，玩大型遊戲非常流暢，不卡頓不掉幀，鍵盤鼠標手感也很好，外設都是大品牌，用起來很順手，對電競玩家來説真的很友好。網速也很快，下載遊戲和在線對戰都很穩定。
床很舒服，枕頭也很軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上玩累了休息得很好，不會被外面的噪音打擾。洗浴熱水很足，水壓穩定，洗個熱水澡特別解乏。
位置就在蘭州中心附近，周邊吃飯、逛街都很方便，樓下就是商圈，出行也很便利，離地鐵站、公交站都不遠，去哪裡都很方便。
