GGuest UserThe room was really nice, and not on a high floor. They upgraded me to a 'Starlight' room, which was fantastic, I really appreciate it! 👍 The cleanliness and overall setup of the room were great. There are plenty of restaurants and Lanzhou specialty snacks nearby. The room's design has a 'light luxury' feel to it, and the view is excellent – you can see the entire old street, and it's absolutely stunning at night. They offer free parking, a free self-service printing area, and a complimentary laundry room and gym. Very satisfied!

SsiyurongThe hotel is located in the busiest area of Xigu District, next to Wanda Plaza and a Hunan restaurant. Parking is very convenient, and the hotel is easily found thanks to its prominent signage.
Upon entering the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent environment and cleanliness. Various snack stalls were set up near the entrance. Two friendly receptionists warmly helped us check in and patiently told us about local delicacies and gave us complimentary souvenirs. Seeing our large thermos, they even brought us three bottles of mineral water, which made us very happy. The room was impeccably clean, spotless, and even had disinfectant wipes in the bathroom. Most importantly, they used L'Oreal shampoo, which is a definite plus. They even served us a comforting bowl of white fungus soup in the evening – the service was truly excellent. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends. I hope the hotel continues to thrive.

The child 👶🏻 was more curious and excited. The front desk service of the hotel is also very good, the security master is very eye-catching, help with luggage. The room was very clean, the room size looked very large, and the hot water was sufficient to take a bath for the child. The hotel environment is also good, especially the breakfast room environment, the mood is good when eating, the dishes are also good, forgot to take pictures. The hotel is a new hotel, the facilities and equipment are very good to use, the laundry room is dry, very convenient. The staff member, Kane, was very friendly and automatically upgraded me to a ”lake view room” – opening the window offered a spectacular view of the Yellow River. He was very accommodating to reasonable customer requests, even granting a free 3-hour late check-out. It was a particularly warm experience staying in Lanzhou! The breakfast selection was also rich and delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

AAnonymous UserHygienic: The sanitary condition is impeccable, the room is clean and spotless, the corners are clean and free of debris, the bathroom is clean and dry, and the details are in place.
Facilities: The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom equipment is brand new and easy to use, the supporting facilities are perfect, and the living experience is excellent.
Environmental location: less than 1 km walk from Xiguan subway station, 20 minutes walk from Zhongshan Bridge, very convenient. The environment is quiet and elegant, the overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the public area is clean and beautiful, quiet in the middle of noisy, no matter whether you rest or relax, it is very comfortable.
Service: The front desk staff is warm and caring, very thoughtful, help to upgrade the room type for free, safety is not at all to worry, swipe the card to get on and off the elevator, and will choose to stay in the all-season hotel when traveling alone in the future!

The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

Don't book any room without the city view because the others are facing the wall of the next building. The hotel building is quite old though the rooms are newly furnished. GGuest UserThe location is very good. You can walk straight ahead to the Yellow River and there is a small park. In front of it is the Crowne Plaza which is twice the price. There are not many people and it is far away from tourists. It was the most comfortable night I spent in Lanzhou.

GGuest UserIt's a KTV that was converted into a guest room. The front desk and reception room look like a hotel. My room is super big. Half of it is probably the former performance stage area. The carpets are old. On the top 8th floor of a commercial building, the elevator was crowded and it was difficult to wait. There are restaurants and KTV on the floors 2-7. Not too much to deal with for one night.
