The location is nice, very close to every tourist spots and train station. They have transfer service from the hotel to the train station. The service is just like other 4-5 star hotels, nothing bad nor good. Amenities are quite new and clean. The best part of this hotel is still its location.

Hotel facility is a designer's dream. In addition, the staff are incredibly helpful in every way, even though we had no language in common. Staff would insist to accompany us to restaurants and taxis, always with a gracious smile.

The Goods: The hotel is about 10min walk from high speed railway station. The room is huge, and facilities looks new. The Bads: The gentleman who was manning the reception counter needs more training/ re-training. We called to request for a 3rd bath towel since there are 3 of us but the receptionist sent us a bath mat instead. We complained the phone in the room was not working (no dialing tone) and the receptionist simply brush it off as we were not operating the phone correctly instead of sending someone to check the phone! The lifts are very slow during breakfast hour.
