The hotel room layout is fantastic, with tissues and trash cans conveniently placed. The view is amazing, the service is great, and there are many delicious food options nearby.

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and my actual stay was much better than expected. The room had good natural light and ventilation, without any stuffiness. The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was impeccable and dry. The service from LIAM was attentive without being overbearing, striking just the right balance. Staff were always responsive when needed and even enthusiastically recommended a nearby beef noodle shop, which was delicious. The location is convenient for short walks. All the facilities are well-maintained; the hot water and internet were excellent. Overall, there were no noticeable shortcomings, making for a comfortable and reliable stay. Definitely worth booking.

I have to give a perfect score for my business trip stay! It was raining and the temperature dropped in Lanzhou on the night of my check-in, but luckily the hotel service completely saved the bad weather. Initially, the hot water in my room on the 48th floor wasn't hot enough, so I contacted the front desk to switch to another room on the same floor. The duty manager, Mia, showed me other rooms on the same floor and tested the water temperature. When she found that none of them met the standard, she arranged for me to move to the 36th floor. She even pre-tested the water temperature in the new room and helped me move all my luggage. The whole process was efficient and gentle, truly making me feel at home. I highly commend such professional service and will definitely choose this hotel again when I come back to Lanzhou!

I stayed here for my birthday, and when I checked in, I couldn't find the red wine I had ordered via delivery that needed refrigeration. A big thank you to Mia from the staff who helped coordinate and even upgraded my room – the stay experience was excellent. The buffet dinner on the 52nd floor had great quality, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

Overall, it was fantastic! High floor with great views, especially the stunning mountain scenery. The room was very spacious, though I felt the bathroom was a bit too large, making the proportions a little off. Still, it was very good. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the beef noodles made by the restaurant chef were delicious and unique. The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us local apricot peel tea, which had a unique sweet and sour taste, and upgraded us to a higher floor room. Thumbs up!
