RRoutuanzidongdongmaThis airport hotel, only four months old, boasts a very modern and luxurious design. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities like a Xiaomi air purifier, kettle, and humidifier, and are entirely controlled by the XiaoDu smart assistant. You can hear planes taking off and landing slightly at night, but it's not very noticeable. The Lanzhou beef noodles for breakfast were excellent, highly recommend them. My only minor complaint is that the shower water temperature was a bit unstable, which I hope they improve. A special shout-out to the airport shuttle service; the driver was very professional. They were bright and energetic picking us up even after midnight, giving us a fantastic first impression of Lanzhou.

WWWYy997First of all, this hotel has a good location, very close to the railway station and commercial areas. The hotel environment and room layout are very suitable for business trips. The sound insulation between rooms is very good. It is on a high floor and completely isolated from the outside noise. It is very friendly to people like me who prefer a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. I am also very grateful to the front desk staff of 049 Wang Zhiyuan for his attentive service. I will come again next time.

The service team was professional and efficient. I especially want to thank Selena, the front desk manager. Not only was she highly competent, but she also thoughtfully upgraded my room. This kind of meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in town.

The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! __YX25400****The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha
