"Hongyun Hotel is really good, the newly renovated room is refreshing and bright, the air conditioning temperature is fast and quiet. The sanitation is super in place, the bedding is clean and odorless, and the bathroom has no dead ends. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and it is smooth to go out and take a taxi or take a bus. The room facilities are complete and sufficient, and the living is safe and secure. The front desk service is warm and responsive. Very good value for money, whether it is a business trip or a short trip, it is recommended."

"Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long."

"The Hyatt is the best Hotel in LanZhou. Not only because of zero distance to the yellow river, but guest services.  Because the guest room was not available, and we needed to visit provincial museums first, I’ve got guidance for luggage storage, provided local cuisine, tourist places, and reserved us a higher floor Guest room. Then we enjoyed our provincial museum, delicious local food, then we enjoyed the gorgeous view of lunch and the yellow river from the guestroom. I would definitely choose Hyatt again. And I appreciate Rita who provided very warm professional help for us! By the way, the breakfasts are very enjoyable with local special offers."
