The room is good overall. It is very close to Lanzhou West Railway Station, 700 meters walk and a flyover. There are RT-Mart and beef noodles around the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. The check-in efficiency is very high, the room is relatively new, and the hygiene is good. It is worth staying again.

The hotel is very new, close to the West Station and the West Station Night Market. The room is a bit unexpectedly large, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The facilities and hardware are also first-class. The smart toilet is well received. I will stay here again next time I come to Lanzhou 😛

It is more than 800 meters walk from Lanzhou West Station, which is convenient for us business travelers. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, the room area is spacious, there are also many storage countertops, the partition is reasonable, and the hygiene is acceptable. The only drawback is that our room 1606 smells of cigarettes as soon as we open the door. It is clearly shown as a non-smoking room when booking. We immediately opened the window and the indoor exhaust to dissipate the smell, but the smoke smell inhaled by the bedside and curtains still remains. The housekeeping should pay attention to this problem when cleaning the room, and ventilate the room to remove the odor as soon as possible to avoid trouble for the next guest to check in. I asked the housekeeping service. The staff said there was no air purifier, only a humidifier, and the air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted to the ventilation mode; in addition, the shower water temperature in this room was unstable, either very hot or cold. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature to the right temperature, and it would suddenly become cold or hot in the middle of the shower. The front desk only gave the room card when checking in, but no electricity card. The dining time and location of the supporting services such as breakfast/afternoon tea that should have been explained to the guests were not explained at all. This is not even as good as the service details of ordinary economy chain hotels. Finally, the breakfast restaurant has freshly made beef ramen, which is quite good. When leaving the hotel, I received a call from the front desk reminding me that I forgot the razor in the room, so I went back to pick it up. Thank you.
