"Check in at the front desk. Since we arrived in the morning, we thought we couldn't check in yet. Unexpectedly, we were given a room, which was pretty good. However, what happened later affected our good reviews. The room card I was given couldn't be opened. I went back to the front desk to set it up, and when I went back to the room, the door was open, but it turned out that it was not the room type I booked. I booked a room with a king-size bed and a sofa bed, but I was given a room with only a king-size bed. So I went back to the front desk... The front desk said that the system of Ctrip and their hotel was different, so they couldn't be sure that I booked a room with a sofa bed. I showed them the confirmation letter again and asked them to find the manager for me. Let us use the current room first. So we went out to play and planned to come back later. At night, there was still no room, and the manager asked me to show the confirmation letter again. Then he said that the sanitation was still being cleaned, and it was expected to be more than an hour before I could get the room, and he would call the current room. As a result, after more than an hour, I was finally given the room I wanted. Hahaha, it was quite a hassle."

"The staff was friendly and professional, the room was comfortable, and the (optional) breakfast bar was sufficient, Although the room had a firm and comfortable bed, I don’t care for the new style of bed covers that have no sheet and only a thick comforter on top. Also, the room was very noisy due to its location facing the street. Since it was a hot day, we had to leave the window open to cool off the room, so we heard the noises all night, such as groups of people walking and talking in front of the hotel, the group of people yelling at 2 a.m. from a nearby bar, and the cars moving across the stone streets throughout the night. Fortunately, there was a tabletop fan to help move the air in the room."
