"I've stayed at the Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel for vacations many times, and as always, the hotel environment is comfortable and tidy. Perhaps it's not peak tourist season, as there was no feeling of overcrowding at all. The front desk lady, Rachael Wang Jingyang, who handled our check-in, was very gentle and friendly. She politely arranged our room and explained the room's view direction in detail. Her service attitude was excellent. The leisure and entertainment area on the 3rd floor of the hotel has a gym, a swimming pool, and even a warm whirlpool bath in the changing rooms, which was truly enjoyable. Ms. Lei Yanqing, a staff member in the changing room, thoughtfully provided various leisure tips, and her service was spot-on and attentive. The buffet breakfast had a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, various drinks, and even traditional Chinese slow-boiled soup. I will definitely come again next time."
