"I originally planned to check in on time to go for a swim. I arrived at 2:30 PM and was told I'd receive an SMS notification about the room after check-in. After having lunch at The Londoner Macao, it was 4:30 PM and I still hadn't received a message. When I returned to the counter, the front desk staff informed me that the room wasn't ready yet. They upgraded us to a suite and arranged for a colleague to make up the sofa bed for us. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable, but there was a constant thudding sound around 3 or 4 AM, indicating the soundproofing wasn't great. Also, I saw a comment about the floor being sticky and dirty, causing slippers to make noise. Actually, it's likely the slippers have an anti-slip feature, which is why they feel a bit sticky when entering the bathroom. The room itself was very clean. The pool was also large and very comfortable."
