"Wanda Jin Hua truly lives up to its reputation as a veteran resort. Their service was incredibly impressive. Two days before our arrival, our dedicated 1:1 travel assistant, Gjnnn from the executive lounge, reached out to us via WeChat. They sent us detailed information about our benefits and a map of the resort town, making our trip completely stress-free. We stayed at three different hotels during our Changbai Mountain trip, and Wanda's service was by far the most enthusiastic and responsive. After check-in, they checked in with us daily. Our child was over the age limit for complimentary breakfast, and we had an early train the next morning, so the assistant arranged for us to have breakfast at the executive lounge. It was not crowded, the food selection was excellent, and there was even a chef hand-pulling noodles on the spot – a delightful surprise! The hotel's overall cleanliness and dining options were excellent. Room service was also very prompt. The resort town itself isn't very large, so there's no issue with location no matter where you stay. Next time I visit, I'll definitely choose a hotel with great service, and Wanda Jin Hua is a no-brainer."

"If you need anything, just talk to the front desk; they're happy to help. It was quite clean, though the floor felt a bit sticky – just wear the provided slippers. The stay was comfortable, and the room was spacious, which made packing easy. The location is great, very close to the high-speed rail station, just a short walk. For dining, pick restaurants that offer shuttle service, but make sure to confirm they provide both pickup and drop-off before you go. For example, the ”Old Fisherman's Wood-Fired Iron Pot Stew” restaurant we went to only picked us up but didn't drop us back at the hotel."

"Beyond five-star! I was traveling with my child and mother, and we ultimately chose this place. What a delightful surprise! The environment is fantastic, and my child had a wonderful time. Manager Coco especially deserves 200 points for this trip. She was incredibly enthusiastic and helped coordinate everything. Manager Coco was warm, patient, and provided thoughtful arrangements throughout our stay. Her travel tips and suggestions were super practical, and she responded instantly to any questions. She's both gentle and professional. The hotel environment is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the stay experience was excellent. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely look for Manager Coco on my next visit!"

"Stayed with my family during Chinese New Year. We booked a club suite and a club king room. The rooms were a bit dated but generally well-maintained. The club rooms come with executive lounge access. The light meals are served in the lobby on the first floor, and while the selection wasn't huge, it was convenient. We had a butler who added us on WeChat, recommended some local attractions and activities, and helped arrange transportation, showing good service. If you're bringing kids for skiing in winter, definitely book a coach in advance via the mini-program."

"We originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu. Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise. Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended"

"The room has a very traditional Chinese style, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. The hotel's cleanliness is excellent, and the soundproofing is superb, allowing me to enjoy the tranquility my vacation deserved. They even sent an ice bucket to the room in the evenings, perfect for a nightcap after a day of exploring. The hotel added me on WeChat beforehand, and the butler was able to provide timely and very attentive service. The parking is free, and there's a direct elevator to the hotel, so the amenities are quite good. The hotel's restaurant is fantastic. I usually struggle with new cuisines, but the food here was excellent and perfectly suited my taste. It offered local specialties while also being palatable for someone from the south. The breakfast, especially, was outstanding, and the wontons were delicious. Finally, a special thanks to the duty manager, Joy. She was incredibly patient with every guest, providing a lot of help during my two-night stay and answering many of my questions about exploring the resort. When our car tire went flat after checking out, Joy even recommended a nearby repair shop that was very fair and reasonably priced. The service at Park Hyatt truly demonstrated the professionalism expected of hotel staff; their dedication didn't waver even after we checked out. They genuinely care about ensuring every aspect of your trip is safe and smooth."

"Beyond expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively arranging pickup and providing thorough explanations and information during the journey – truly professional and attentive. Upon arrival, they helped with luggage and took it to the room. A small detail that really stood out was that the young man waited for me to close my door before he turned to leave after saying goodbye – very professional indeed! The pool is bright with high ceilings, and the 25-meter length made for a very pleasant swim. The changing rooms were also well-equipped. Hotel facilities and the room were excellent, quiet and clean. I particularly enjoyed the floor-to-ceiling windows and the unobstructed bathroom. The lobby has the standard resort hotel style and facilities, with a hint of Nordic wood design. There are sika deer in the courtyard that you can pet, which is great for kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. For those who enjoy sleeping in, brunch is the most enjoyable part of the day. The hotel is surrounded by forest, truly living up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar. The natural breeze from the room's AC was also refreshingly cool – a perfect place to escape the heat and find peace. Next time, I'll definitely choose Pullman Changbaishan again with my family to experience a slower pace of life, distinct from Shenyang."

It's a 2-3 minute walk to the West Scenic Area and a 7-minute taxi ride to Changbai Mountain West Railway Station, making early morning hikes easy. The rooms are fully equipped with smart home technology, allowing for easy voice control of appliances. The bathrooms feature a separate shower and toilet for a clean and dry feel. The public areas have an LG washer-dryer combo, and a robot can deliver items, solving laundry and meal delivery problems during your trip. The front desk service is patient and attentive, and the breakfast selection is plentiful. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and a worry-free stay."

Its back exit from the restaurant leads directly to the Haidongqing Ski Service Center, meaning no long queues for ski rentals or returns. The equipment is relatively new, and the flow is smooth, which is great for both beginners and advanced skiers. It's also close to the Dragon Cable Car, providing access to multiple runs once you reach the top, offering a fantastic ski-in/ski-out experience. The airport is about a 25-minute drive, and the hotel provides scheduled shuttle services, accommodating even late-night flights, making travel very convenient. The guest rooms are simple yet practical, with a moderate amount of space. The heating is ample, and hot water is consistent. The bedding is comfortable, and both soundproofing and cleanliness are top-notch. Some rooms offer views of the snow-covered mountains, providing a wonderful winter ambiance. There's also a NITRO co-branded floor with distinct ski elements, which younger guests will appreciate. Amenities include a gym and self-service laundry. The front desk service is responsive, and the staff are warm and attentive, promptly resolving any issues. The overall service is thoughtful. The 'Yue' Restaurant offers a rich and varied buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options with plenty of hot food to refuel after skiing. For other meals, you can order authentic Northeastern specialty dishes, which are delicious and offer good value. Packages often include ski passes, hot springs, and water park access, making it a very cost-effective option for a one-stop vacation. On the downside, the rooms aren't particularly large, so multiple pieces of luggage might feel a bit cramped. Also, the resort's shuttle bus schedule is fixed, and you might have to wait during peak hours. Overall, these minor drawbacks don't detract from the experience. The location, convenience for skiing, service, and value for money are all exceptional. It's a foolproof choice for a winter vacation in Changbaishan, highly recommended for skiers, families, and leisure travelers."

"Perfect score! This was my first time booking this type of resort hotel, and they offer shuttle service from the train station to the airport – you just need to notify them a day in advance. The facilities within the resort are all fantastic, with lots of activities to enjoy. I booked for three nights, and on the last day, I went to the airport in the morning, after visiting Tianchi Lake one more time. I simply couldn't use up all the hotel benefits in a day and a half. Looking at it this way, a suite for just over 1000 a night was incredibly good value for money!"
