AAnonymous UserThe environment is elegant and quiet, with complete amenities and thoughtful touches. There were books on the bedside table and excellent tea and brewing water on the coffee table. The room stayed dry even on a rainy day. The front desk and dining staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and we especially appreciated the complimentary travel photography service. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, being right next to Dongguan Street and Pishi Street, both within walking distance. Taxis are also readily available just a few steps from the entrance.

NNorthernLightsWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A special thank you to Jay, Chen Gaojun, and 乔卫岭, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jay was consistently attentive and made sure every request was handled promptly. Chen Gaojun brought a level of care and friendliness that made interactions feel personal and sincere. 乔卫岭 was equally outstanding, always ready to assist with a smile and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent amenities, but it’s truly the people who make it stand out. Their dedication to service turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just comfort, but genuine hospitality. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Slender West Lake scenic area, and exploring the Hongqiaofang commercial district is incredibly convenient. The overall design blends modern Chinese aesthetics with traditional Jiangnan charm and modern luxury. The courtyard with its water features and the lush green lobby create an amazing atmosphere, perfect for capturing stunning photos. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped and complete with smart devices, Dyson hairdryers, and high-density bedding ensuring a comfortable stay. Each evening, they even deliver complimentary Yangzhou specialty desserts, a truly heartwarming detail. The buffet breakfast includes local delicacies like San Ding Bao and Yangda yogurt, all authentically delicious. The staff were attentive and meticulous, proactively offering travel route guidance. With well-appointed facilities like a gym and a children's play area, the hotel is ideal for both leisure and family trips. It's definitely our top choice for a stay in Yangzhou!

Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV.
Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly.
Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻

GGuest UserMy mom and I visited Yangzhou before the New Year, and the hotel's location was fantastic! It's just over a kilometer's walk to both Slender West Lake and Ge Garden. There are also tons of tea houses nearby, making it super convenient to find delicious food. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. They even had a robot deliver our takeout! I didn't take any pictures of the room, but we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Dongguan Street boasts a wide variety of snacks, and the local specialty, Wensi Tofu Soup, is a must-try for its fresh and delicate flavor. The hotel breakfast offers a rich selection of authentic Yangzhou dishes, including shredded tofu in soup, Yangzhou fried rice, Yangchun noodles, and wontons, all with a genuine taste. Given its excellent location and smooth transportation links, this hotel is perfect for a short trip to Yangzhou, making it easy to explore attractions and enjoy local food. GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

BBaibaixiangquzoushijieThe room was excellent, and the private hot spring felt wonderfully smooth! A really great experience overall. The only downside was the travel photography service. They were constantly pushing sales and wouldn't let you think independently when choosing photos. Eventually, they resorted to high-pressure tactics because other guests were waiting. Thankfully, the travel photography customer service was good and handled the after-sales issues later. Many hotels offer travel photography, but they don't usually push sales so aggressively. The hotel's scenery is fantastic, with half of it overlooking Slender West Lake. I'll definitely come back!

GGuest UserBring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
