GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, and peacefully quiet, providing a super comfortable stay. Even though it's a comfort-level hotel, it offers five-star attentive service, making it incredible value for money! All the staff are warm, their service is meticulous and thoughtful, and their professionalism is top-notch. The breakfast buffet offers a rich and diverse selection of dishes, and the restaurant serves meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don't have to go out looking for food, which is a huge convenience. During my stay, any issues I had were met with a prompt response and efficient resolution from the staff. Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect, and I genuinely highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

AAnonymous UserThe environment is elegant and quiet, with complete amenities and thoughtful touches. There were books on the bedside table and excellent tea and brewing water on the coffee table. The room stayed dry even on a rainy day. The front desk and dining staff were all very attentive and thoughtful, and we especially appreciated the complimentary travel photography service. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, being right next to Dongguan Street and Pishi Street, both within walking distance. Taxis are also readily available just a few steps from the entrance.

The front desk manager even personally paid for disposable bed sheets for a guest, and they were incredibly patient with elderly guests. GGuest UserMy mom and I visited Yangzhou before the New Year, and the hotel's location was fantastic! It's just over a kilometer's walk to both Slender West Lake and Ge Garden. There are also tons of tea houses nearby, making it super convenient to find delicious food. The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. They even had a robot deliver our takeout! I didn't take any pictures of the room, but we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

PPaul. SService: From the moment we stepped in, the staff rushed to open the glass door for us, and did so everytime we go in or out. Check in & check out was fast and hassle free. We were upgraded to a better room with king bed. Only hotel where we were given 2 key cards automatically.
Facilities: Except for the outside facade, all facilities were new and good including room and lobby. Bed, pillows, quilts, towels etc were clean and in very good condition. Everything, including decor looks new. Room slippers, bathroom slippers provided. Only hotel who gave us 4 bottles of water daily. Daily housekeeping. Good water pressure and heated.
Breakfast: Chinese buffet, good and adequate.
Cons: Although 4 clothes hangers provided, wall hooks for clothes in bedroom and bathroom would make this a perfect hotel, but sadly missing.
All in, a very good hotel and value for money.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

BBaibaixiangquzoushijieThe room was excellent, and the private hot spring felt wonderfully smooth! A really great experience overall. The only downside was the travel photography service. They were constantly pushing sales and wouldn't let you think independently when choosing photos. Eventually, they resorted to high-pressure tactics because other guests were waiting. Thankfully, the travel photography customer service was good and handled the after-sales issues later. Many hotels offer travel photography, but they don't usually push sales so aggressively. The hotel's scenery is fantastic, with half of it overlooking Slender West Lake. I'll definitely come back!

GGuest UserBring your family to Yangzhou to participate in the marathon, and experience the beauty of Yangzhou in March of fireworks! When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
