In the morning, we booked the alpaca wake-up service, and my child was so excited to feed the alpacas. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety and everything tasted great, highly recommend. There's also a small petting zoo within the hotel, featuring deer, ducklings, black swans, alpacas, bunnies, and more. The only downside is that my child didn't want to leave! We only explored less than a third of what the hotel has to offer. We didn't have time for the hot springs, swimming pool, or children's playground. We'll definitely be back to stay again!"

Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊. Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation. The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names). It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

"I stayed for two days. On the second day, a rove beetle crawled onto my body on the bed. In the dark, I mistook it for an ordinary insect, swatted it off, and turned on the light. I recognized it immediately because I had seen news reports about rove beetles. I quickly crushed it with a tissue and contacted the hotel immediately. They told me that no manager was available and they couldn't reach them due to a "do not disturb" setting, and they would only give me a reply the next day. Since I wasn't experiencing any severe discomfort, I didn't bother the staff. The next day, they initially told me they could only refund one night's room rate. This is completely unacceptable given the venom of such a highly venomous insect. I demanded a refund plus ten times the room rate as compensation. The hotel unilaterally stated that they would only refund two nights' room rate as their final offer, and there were no other options available. This is completely unacceptable. I will file a complaint and expose this incident to protect my rights."

Its location is a major advantage, being close to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, Pishi Street, Caiyi Street, the Canal Museum, He Garden, and Ge Garden. The room service is very attentive: the staff are polite and professional, and any issues with the room are handled promptly. Taking the hotel's buggy allows you to admire the garden scenery throughout the property. Building 3 has an old-money vibe, while other buildings each have their own unique characteristics. Building 11, with its wooden furniture, has an elegant style and a prominent woody aroma. You can also take a stroll around the grounds and see swans and koi fish. Quyuan Teahouse is a must-visit; staying at the hotel makes it convenient, and you can ask the front desk to arrange for a buggy to take you there to queue for a number. Afternoon tea is also at Quyuan, and the 'Yangzhou Tea Ceremony,' with its 'three ways to drink one tea,' is highly recommended!"

"We brought our parents and kids to Yangzhou, and the hotel's location is perfect, right next to Dongguan Street, with Dongguan Ancient Ferry Terminal just diagonally across. Our room with a view overlooked the Ancient Grand Canal. It’s also not far from the main attractions. The only downside was that we ran into a typhoon, so all the scenic spots were closed, but thankfully there were plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel is a boutique style. The standard rooms are a bit small, you can see the whole room in one glance. There are two suite types, which are much larger and more spacious, offering a significantly more comfortable stay. Since we checked in on my father's 70th birthday, the hotel arranged a lovely surprise for him, which we really appreciated! The room decor isn't brand new, but the facilities are well-maintained, and it even has a smart system – definitely small but exquisite. Although it's by the road, it was surprisingly quiet at night; I didn't even need the earplugs provided by the bed. Finally, what left the deepest impression was the hotel's service. From being escorted to our room during check-in to having our luggage brought to the car upon check-out, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The laundry service was also fantastic. You just take your clothes to the laundry room, put them in, fill out a small request card, and they return them to your room, washed, dried, folded neatly, and bagged – truly exceeding expectations! The typhoon's disappointment just means we'll have to visit again!"

The soundproofing was also very good. They even have a laundry room.
