The room was clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly. It was convenient to have my luggage delivered to the room, and ordering food was also very quick.

The standard pillows in the room are latex, which are quite comfortable. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and the water pressure is great. The entire room is equipped with smart home features. The only downside is that the standard room size is a bit small, but everything else is good. We even played 'Gan Deng Yan' (a card game) in the restaurant at night. The hotel service is excellent. Satisfied with my second stay.

First time staying at this hotel and I was incredibly impressed with the service; it was a fantastic experience and excellent value for money. The hotel even provided complimentary fruit and a souvenir gift. The breakfast spread was also very rich and varied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. It's really convenient too, being so close to Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, and the Grand Canal Museum.

From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service was truly excellent. They helped us with our luggage, and since we drove, they even offered to charge our car and wash it, which was really thoughtful. We brought our baby, and they gave her little toys twice – my baby absolutely loved the ladies at the front desk. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir! This trip was delightful, and it's my first time ever leaving a hotel a good review! Highly recommend!

Attended a wedding in Yangzhou and chose this hotel. The location is very convenient, the environment is lovely and quiet, and the service was excellent. All the hotel staff were thoughtful and enthusiastic, and breakfast was great too. I even left something behind, and they helped mail it back home, and also gave me a souvenir! All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the overall hygiene is good, though some nooks and crannies could use more attention. The room had a lot of drawers, which felt a bit excessive; most travelers probably wouldn't use them much, and shelves might be more practical. The highlight here, though, is definitely the staff. Every single person was incredibly friendly – not overly enthusiastic, but genuinely helpful. You could approach anyone, and they'd assist you with your issues as if you were just chatting with a friend. I highly recommend staying here.
