Perfect for family trips with kids! You can feed animals and enjoy the hot springs. The housekeeper in Building 6, during the evening, even brought us lotus root powder and tidied up our room when we were out. They even bundled our charging cables with ties – so thoughtful! And Sister Luobo was always online, responding promptly. Definitely recommend!

This hotel is perfect for family trips! There are lots of small animals, a garden train, and even performances. While it's an older hotel and the rooms show some age, the amenities are great. They have Dyson hair dryers and high-quality disposable slippers. They even child-proofed the window sills and table corners. The hotel butler service is also top-notch!

This hotel is perfect for family trips. The splash pad and beach were so much fun, we played for two days straight and didn't get bored. The indoor play area (Taoqi Bao) isn't huge, but it's just right for toddlers around two years old. My child loved the 'pet wake-up service' in the morning, and being able to feed them fruit – just remember to book in advance! The private hot spring in the room was very relaxing. The public hot spring water was a bit cloudy, so we opted for the private one both days. Plus, the dim sum at Quyuanxiangyuan nearby was delicious! 😋

Catching the tail end of the holidays, I brought my little one here to play. They absolutely loved feeding the animals and also really enjoyed the pool, saying they want to come back next time. The breakfast set menu from Qu Yuan was also quite good; it felt more than enough for three adults. Overall, it was great!

An amazing resort for families! The service was excellent and friendly, and there were so many activities that both the kids and seniors loved. It's a one-stop experience where you don't even have to leave the hotel to have a fantastic time! I originally booked the Yingbin Hotel, and I'm so glad I changed my mind and rebooked here. It's practically all-inclusive. Both my parents and the kids were extremely happy and said they want to come back again for another vacation!

We were a family of three, and I specifically chose a room with a 1.5-meter bed plus a slightly smaller one, which made for a very spacious sleep. The pillows were a bit high; it would have been even better if there were options for pillows of different heights. Overall, the hotel's recreational environment is great for kids, with animal feeding and an outdoor swimming pool. In the evening, we went to the hot springs, which had many pools and a nice ambiance, although the fish spa, which the kids loved most, cost extra. If you want to visit Slender West Lake, it's very convenient from here. We also drove a short distance to a highly recommended restaurant online called Da Mao. If you're traveling with children and just want to enjoy the hotel and its surroundings, it's a relaxing choice.

Traveling with two kids, the two-bedroom option is perfect! We can play together yet still have our own space. Facilities: They have everything you could possibly want, we couldn't even try it all! They even provided ocean balls and little rubber ducks for our private hot spring, which was a wonderful touch! Cleanliness: Pretty clean. Environment: Lots of greenery, so the air quality is excellent. Service: Our butler, Luo Bo, was very responsive and solved any issues immediately without any fuss.

We stayed in a villa and the room was clean and tidy. The courtyard had a small soaking pool, and the butler from Building 7 would fill it up for us and provide little rubber ducks and ocean balls to play with. The hotel also has a kids' playground and a pet park, so we had a lot of fun. The butler, Ms. Luobo (Radish), was always online and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend her!

Our second hotel during our Yangzhou trip. The four of us stayed in a villa family room, and overall it was quite good. The living room was very comfortable, and the courtyard was convenient for drying clothes. The room decor is a bit old, but the cleanliness was acceptable. It's inevitable to have some bugs in the summer, but I hope they can implement some measures to minimize them. The smart toilet seat in the master bathroom was a pleasant surprise, especially since even Building 18 of the Yingbin Hotel the day before didn't have one. The second bedroom was a bit too small, and the bed's placement wasn't very convenient. Yangzhou Yan was right outside, and after dinner, we enjoyed a perfect night tour of Slender West Lake across the street.
