1: When I entered the hotel room, there wasn't even a tissue box. The only tissues available were leftover from the previous guest, discarded on the lampshade. 2: The ventilation system is purely decorative; you can't feel it working at all in the bathroom. The staff just said, 'It's on, but there's nothing we can do, it's just like that.' (Not recommended for couples; it would be quite awkward.) 3: I booked two rooms, one in Building 18 and one in Building 8. The bathroom in Building 18 didn't have smart glass, so it was completely transparent and only one person could use it at a time. 4: We gave them a bag of dirty laundry, and when it was returned clean, they used the same dirty laundry bag. 5: Even with the air conditioning set to 30 degrees, the room only reached just over 20 degrees, and it was very dry. It was quite frustrating. 6: The non-slip mat was also very dirty; when I picked it up, there was hair and other grime on it. 7: It was very cold in Yangzhou these past few days. The large screen at the entrance advertised a 'tea set special' (茶水套餐), so we thought we'd order one to warm up. We asked several staff members, but none of them knew what it was. Finally, they told us it didn't exist. (If it doesn't exist, don't display it on the screen!) They eventually sent us some afternoon tea. 8: The photos of the room type online didn't match the room I booked. 9: For everything, they only deliver after being reminded, and only apologize after being reminded. What's the point? I got annoyed from constantly calling them. Spending thousands for a night here felt like being their quality control team (they asked me to add their housekeeper's WeChat, but then didn't accept the request—thinking about it still makes me laugh). For the same price, I highly recommend the Slender West Lake Resort next door. Compared to that, this place is truly indescribable, and the service attitude is just mediocre. At the resort, if you check in with children, they'll proactively offer kids' toiletries and slippers. Here at Yingbinguan, you won't get them unless you ask. The resort also lists all included amenities one by one, while here at Yingbinguan, once you've checked in, that's it. If you ask, they tell you to check their official WeChat account yourself, and if you don't, you'll just check out without knowing what you missed.

I wanted to book a room in Building 11 but it was unavailable, so I took a chance and booked Building 1 instead. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and proactively upgraded us to a suite. The environment was clean and quiet, and the garden offered picturesque views at every turn. There's a shuttle service between all the buildings, and you can enjoy dim sum breakfast directly at Qv Yuan inside the complex. This hotel was the biggest surprise of our trip.
