"First, the hotel environment: Excellent location, adjacent to the Slender West Lake scenic area, close to attractions such as Daming Temple and Geyuan Garden, in a quiet surrounding environment.
Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊.
Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation.
The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names).
It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks.
The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus.
The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them.
Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

Service: Very good and patient, the restaurants introduced are delicious. The staff will pull a group before check-in and carefully inform the hotel's positioning. Check in at night, the staff came out to greet you. The big brother at the front desk was attentive and thoughtful, and he greeted me when I left. Before I left, the big brother saw that I didn't have lunch. I was not relieved to introduce the surrounding authentic restaurants. It was really cold and hot. Free tickets went to Xiaopangu, the staff came to lead the way to enter the venue, and turned around and told me that tea is ready, please drink tea. Small plate valley is small and exquisite, it is worth coming.
Environment: large space, quiet, classical, and almost no face with other residents when the room is full. In the morning, you will be awakened by birds. Dingjiawan archway will pass through a family, and there is a warm and friendly border pastor who will stick out of the door to ask for touch. The inn and the small pangu back to back. Going out is Yanguan Street, drinking morning tea, coffee, sugar water, the environment is very good. Every day I wear this road to go outside to play tea hand-made taxis. A few minutes walk, is Pishi Street.
Facilities: The bathtub is Kelong, and the bath is very comfortable. I soak twice a day, which is very helpful for alleviating fatigue. The water in the sink is direct drinking water. There is no smell in the room.

Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.
