"The hotel's facilities and environment are excellent and very new. It has its own independent parking lot, which makes parking convenient. The front desk service was also very thoughtful; they readily provided breakfast for my child. The room even has a personalized message board. The pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was very rich, featuring Baoding's local specialty, 'niurou zhaobing' (beef pancakes). Overall, everything was great. The only minor drawback was a strong smoke smell in the room upon check-in. Housekeeping needs to improve their smoke-free treatment. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future."

"Overall, this was the worst experience ever! The entire room lacked any smart features; the TV couldn't connect to the internet and had very few channels—it was like a TV from 20 years ago. As a family room, there was no children's toilet seat cover or children's toiletries bag. The bathroom layout was poor, and water leaked everywhere after showering. The shower water wasn't cold, but it wasn't a comfortable temperature either, about body temperature, and there was no way to adjust it. For the first time, a bathtub cover wasn't free; it cost 9.9 yuan. When I went out to pick up a package, the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. Turning the corner, I saw cigarette butts everywhere around the elevator entrance, even with a "No Smoking" sign—it was ironic. Breakfast the next day was mediocre; the fried eggs weren't labeled as either single-sided or half-cooked, but the inside was completely undercooked—definitely not Hilton quality."
