It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

The room is spacious, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. The soundproofing is pretty good, and the bedding is comfortable. The high floor offers excellent views. The buffet breakfast has a rich variety of options, including local specialties like Donkey Burger (Lu Rou Huo Shao). Especially noteworthy was the service from our butler, Ellie. She upgraded our room and prepared a welcome fruit platter. She proactively communicated with us, asking if we needed more drinking water, etc. She even gave our family some fruit when we checked out. The overall service was thoughtful and meticulous. Excellent!

The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and spacious rooms, offering excellent living conditions. However, the carpet in the rooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the lack of a delivery robot made convenience a bit of an issue. The kids' club on the first basement floor was poorly managed. The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was very spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding looked brand new. Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. The pavilions, combined with the lake and lush greenery, create an elegant scene during the day, while the garden lights at night offer a uniquely charming atmosphere. The grounds are meticulously clean and tidy, with the landscaping well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a high level of comfort. Cheney provided friendly and attentive service, responding very promptly. You can enjoy the scenery and take photos right within the hotel, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The hotel's location is convenient, and its overall quality is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing experience.

After climbing down from Baishishan Scenic Area, I stayed at Baihualin Hot Spring Hotel. The room was spacious and bright, with its own hot spring, private and convenient, very refreshing. Thanks to Manager Xu Mengying, the front desk and the shuttle bus attendants, the service was warm and thoughtful, it really made me feel at home, I will come again next time!
