GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

Her service went beyond routine politeness; it was a proactive and considerate approach. Before I even made a request, she had already thoughtfully considered everything, from a morning greeting to weather-based travel suggestions – all of which made me feel incredibly at ease and warm. She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. Huanhuan truly defined exceptional butler service and left an unforgettable impression of this hotel. Highly recommended!

Plus, it came with free admission to the hot springs and the kids' play area, making it a fantastic choice for families. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, featuring local specialties. A special shout-out to the concierge, who provided warm and thoughtful service. When we checked out, she even gave us some cherry tomatoes from the hotel's garden. EEloisa39I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids!
The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying.
One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

AAliceluluqiOur May Day trip with the little one was made so much better by Cheney from guest relations, who proactively added us on WeChat and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The hotel's facilities and environment are truly superb. We arrived at noon and didn't even leave the property. After my child woke up, we strolled around the grounds in the afternoon, then played for a bit at the Swan Castle Kids' Club. Dinner was at the buffet restaurant. Since this was our second time bringing the kids to Xiong'an, we knew that dining options can be limited and often involve long waits, so eating directly at the hotel was incredibly convenient this time.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved, though: Firstly, the park doesn't separate pedestrians and vehicles, which is something to watch out for if you have young children, as cars generally drive quite fast. Secondly, the breakfast restaurant was set up in a large ballroom, which wasn't a great experience. I'm not sure if this was a temporary arrangement due to the high volume of guests during May Day, but it felt a bit out of place, almost like a company conference.

MMowangdelaopoThe hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.
I would like to thank the beautiful housekeeper Xiaowei. We left our things in the room when we checked out. Xiaowei contacted us in time and helped us contact the courier to return the items. Thank you 😊

The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
