GGuest UserIt's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! I didn’t book a room before because I learned that there is no bed fence, which makes it difficult for small children to sleep safely. The lack of bed fence is a flaw. Later, in the past month, I visited Xiongan Xinma Park over the weekend and planned to stay one night. Later I contacted the hotel. Looking at the recent hotel reviews, I found that there was a bed fence, but reservations were not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. I quickly booked the hotel for 11.2-11.3 When we checked in, we caught up with the Beijing-Xiongong Expressway closure on 11.2am in Beijing. We hurried over as soon as the expressway was unblocked. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the bed railings had been installed for help. I liked this very much. 2. The park is very large, and the suite we booked included the Swan Castle. I took my children to play the next day. It felt good. It was enough for smaller babies to play. I would like to make a suggestion: there is a small exposed hole in the trampoline area. It is recommended to fill it; 3. The shuttle bus in the park is very convenient, and the garden landscape Very good, clean environment. I especially recommend the swings and camping area on the big lawn. The children had a great time playing. 4. Because the indoor temperature was too high at night, I contacted the front desk to solve the problem. The housekeeping department and the engineering department responded quickly (although it was not solved in the end) Question); let’s talk about the flaws below. 1. The front desk said that there are only 6 bed rails in the entire hotel. It claims that it is not a family hotel, so it does not have many facilities. I think so. It is recommended to equip more bed rails to make it more convenient for families with children (the appropriate charge is acceptable); 2. The biggest problem: the hotel's air conditioner is too hot during the transition season! ! We open the windows during the day and at night but it doesn’t work! I asked for an electric fan later! The engineering department and the housekeeping department said that it was very cold that night in the VIP building or some other building, so the air conditioner was turned on. I don't think this is the reason. Each room has an independent control panel, but the control panel does not work? Is it a design problem or does the staff not know how to operate it? Later, the maintenance department communicated and turned on the chiller for cooling, but it still didn't work at 12 o'clock at night! It took a long time to repair the door. At 12 o'clock at night, the child was very sleepy. In the end, he had to ask for an electric fan and open the window! Oh, by the way, in the suite we booked, the curtains in both rooms could not be lowered and were stuck... The engineering department repaired the curtains ➕ Thinking about the air conditioner... In the end, the child wore a diaper while sleeping and still sweated. It is too exaggerated. I really hope Hotels can solve this big problem! GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain.
