I frequently stay at this hotel. The reception staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and convenient, and the entire experience is very comfortable. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the facilities are complete and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, both free to use. There are many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall nearby, and it's very close to the East Railway Station, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and convenient! Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! A must-stay hotel for business trips and leisure travel!

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!

The service at this hotel was great, and the room was very clean. The TV had a huge screen and even came with a membership, so you could search for and watch whatever you wanted. Very good!

Five-star recommended the cloud-up high-altitude hotel on the edge of the East Lake! The location is excellent, close to the East Lake, and it is super convenient to visit the lake. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows view the lake at high altitude, and the scenery is beautiful day and night. The room is clean and smart, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. The front desk service is thoughtful, fruit tea is delivered, parking is free, fitness facilities, laundry facilities are complete, cost-effective, come to Baoding to stay and close your eyes!

Hotel location is very convenient, the front desk service is also very good, the room is super clean Tasteless, really like it here, the facilities are very complete, the surrounding environment is very quiet, I will book here next time.

The front desk lady was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel was easy to find and not far from several attractions. There's a slow charging station at the entrance. The Octonauts-themed family room was clean and quiet, a really great experience.

來保定出差定的這個酒店，是個獨棟的酒店，首先交通便利一出門旁邊就有公交站可以直達公司 ，附近還有小餐館和夜市，還有個大商場，吃飯很方便，一進來前台小姐姐就很熱情地給了冰鎮礦泉水，還有糖果免費提供，因為我個人喜靜，酒店也很貼心的幫我安排了不靠電梯安靜的房間，還特意給我升級了房間，一進屋對面就是窗户，房間挺大的，有獨立衞浴，床單地面啥的也都挺乾淨的，沒有水了客房大姐也很熱情的給我塞了好幾瓶，吃早餐還能現場給煮麪，臊子很香，總的來説是一次不錯的入住體驗，下次來這邊出差還選這家哈哈

Location of the hotel is great ,Right at the Railway station. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.

The bed is big, the room is spacious, and there is iced water, which is perfect for washing clothes and exercising. The layout is reasonable. The hotel is in a quiet location. There is Wanda across the street. It is not far to the city center for dinner. We drove for more than ten minutes.
