The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to West Street, making it perfect for an evening stroll, enjoying the night view, and dining – all in one convenient spot. The parking lot is large and easy to find. The breakfast was fairly plentiful, but the attitude of one of the staff members was a bit off-putting. My husband asked for hot water, and while most restaurants should provide boiled water, this staff member, without even looking at us, simply said no. We asked where, and she said there was some in the lobby. My husband then took the cup to the first floor (the restaurant is on the third floor), where the front desk staff said they didn't have any, but the restaurant on the third floor did. My husband immediately became agitated; this kind of pass-the-blame service is rare in a star-rated hotel like this. Eventually, the front desk staff boiled some water for my husband, resolving the issue. (You might ask, ”Why didn't you boil water in the room?” Well, we were checking out immediately, and we had just finished the water in the room, so we didn't want to ask the staff for more, thinking it would be easier to get some from the restaurant. Unexpectedly, it caused us a lot of frustration.)

The rooms at this new hotel are fantastic, with brand new and complete facilities. There's also a gym and self-service laundry room on the fifth floor, all well-designed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. Coco at the front desk provided warm and attentive service, and Vivian even gave us two bottles of water when we checked out. We were extremely satisfied with this stay.

The service at this hotel was great, and the room was very clean. The TV had a huge screen and even came with a membership, so you could search for and watch whatever you wanted. Very good!

The front desk lady was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel was easy to find and not far from several attractions. There's a slow charging station at the entrance. The Octonauts-themed family room was clean and quiet, a really great experience.

The bed is big, the room is spacious, and there is iced water, which is perfect for washing clothes and exercising. The layout is reasonable. The hotel is in a quiet location. There is Wanda across the street. It is not far to the city center for dinner. We drove for more than ten minutes.

This is arguably the most upscale hotel in Baoding. It shares a building with other hotels like Atour. Across the street is Hebei University, and there's ample parking, including an underground garage. It's very close to the highway exit and also very near Anjia Donkey Meat Restaurant – you can easily walk there. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and dining are all five-star quality. Highly recommended.

This hotel stay really exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. Check-in was super fast, and they thoughtfully recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. The room's cleanliness was top-notch; the sheets and duvet were spotless and odor-free, and the sink and bathroom were immaculate. It also had great natural light, and opening the curtains revealed a wide-open street view. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully at night, completely undisturbed by outside noise. When checking out, the staff even proactively helped me with my luggage. The attention to detail in their service was outstanding. Next time I'm in this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The overall decoration of the hotel is high-end and textured, the public areas are clean and tidy, the concierge service is intimate and meticulous, and the check-in is efficient. The rooms are spacious, softly furnished, the bedding is skin-friendly and soft, the bathroom facilities are high-end, and the water pressure is stable. Excellent sound insulation, good privacy, rich and fresh breakfast, online quality of ingredients. The location is excellent, the view of the landscape is wide, the service details are full, and the holiday is a great choice for relaxation!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! Having stayed in so many hotels during my business trips, this one truly surprised and delighted me. First, the service at the door was incredibly warm and attentive, which genuinely touched me. They helped with my luggage and even escorted it to my room. This thoughtful service made me feel right at home. The card access was a delightful surprise. Standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows or lying on the tatami, I could not only enjoy the breathtaking views of East Lake but also witness the vibrant colors of Baoding's neon lights at night. Words like ”elegant and leisurely” are insufficient to describe its beauty. The room size was exactly what I wanted, and the bathroom design was perfect. Even while showering, the water didn't splash everywhere, showing the considerable effort put into its design. The showerhead had a strong water flow, and the toiletries were individually bottled with a naturally pleasant fragrance. The mattress was so comfortable that it reminded me of a seven-character quatrain: ”A mattress as soft as cotton, soothing and sweet for sleep. Even amidst the myriad affairs of the world, let tranquility remain before the bed.” I have a hard time falling asleep, but this bed has given me a wonderful sleep, and I woke up feeling completely happy. Next time I'm in Baoding, this will definitely be my first choice.

The layout of the room, with no physical barrier between the toilet and the rest of the room, was really uncomfortable. On top of that, there was a persistent strange smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast was just average. Also, it mentioned a minibar, but the fridge wasn't plugged in and was completely empty. If there are no drinks provided, I think they should remove 'minibar' from the description altogether. Everything else was pretty good though.
